axel jumps from the roof and lands on the ground with one leap hr rushes into veto which takes the dead corpse of the messenger to protect himself from axel's first sword slash. axel slashes the corpse into two halfs. and then proceed to try to slash veto but he makes a blade from his power and guard himself.

veto: why are you rushing things. you should take a rest you just woke up right?

axel: shut up. you thought that your plan would go smoothly by destroying me didn't you?

veto: who do you think you are? you're just a pawn. a tool. no more nor less. my plan is far greater than to rely on a self centered kid like you.

veto cuts axel's arm with the blade then knocks him on the ground and pierce his chest with the blade making him stuck on the ground.

veto: you're just a rage filled kid who is guided by his emotions. you didn't even come with a plan to attack me. what will screaming and yelling do? you thought you could just win with your half-ass determination.

veto cuts off the other arm and grabs axel by the blade and throws him far away into the stadium walls.

veto: you think I've wated all this time just to lose to some kid who doesn't even know what is he fighting for. tell me why did you came back anyway?.

axel struggles to get up and walk with his two arms torn off but he grows them back with his power finally. barley walking straight with all this scars and blood loss.

axel: to stop you from killing more humans.

veto rushes and punchs axel so hard on the face knocking him again. he then holds him from his neck and start punching brutally.

veto: don't.... give.... me... that.... crap. stopping me for humans sake. are you serious?. is that all you could have think of in those two years?

veto stomps on his face and start to mock him.

veto: if you really care about humans so much you could have stayed the hell down and helped with my plan. i told you i would save all humanity with your help only if you listened to me but you chose to live the fake hero life didn't you? you liked the attention and the power that came with it. you thought that you finally might become someone huh?

axel: you don't know anything about me.

veto: oh i know very well. you just don't want to admit it don't you? feeling ashamed that the hero personality that you made for yourself is no more than a mere kid who is trying to live his childish fantasies right?

axel tries to free himself from veto arms that are choking him but he can barley see now. he then pinch veto's right eye with his fingers. finally releasing himself free

veto: you fucking scum. so a dirty move is all you have

axel rushes to attack him while he is distracted. he slashes his chest with one attack and the cuts both his legs. and right before delivering the last attack. axel gets shot at the head from behind. he realizes that has surrounded once again by military soldiers from all areas. veto grows back both legs before anyone can notice because the smoke was making the stadium very messy and no one could watch anything.

veto: fire more.. he can regenerate.

axel gets fired at from all sides. it's too much for his normal regeneration power.

axel: shit if only i can turn into this weird monster form.

before he could even realize his whole body os torn apart and he can't feel any of his limbs. they drug him once again and arrest him with high security.
