An; apologises again for late update *slaps self lightly on the hand*. Sorry it's short but hope you enjoy. I bet many of you weren't expecting this *laughs mischievously*
Hemmo xxLuke's PoV. (Dun dun dun)
We walked the corridors quietly, in hopes of not to get caught bunking. Despite what people thought, this was my first time bunking and I was extremely stressed. She annoyed me so much. She was just playing the victim. I'll show her being the victim. She wonders why nobody pays attention to her suffering but she never paid attention to mine. No, let's not go over that again...Michael was eager to bunk and Calum was indifferent, barely concentrating. She had him under her wicked spell, he believed that I was in the wrong not her, that I shouldn't be hurting her. He was wrong. He didn't know what had gone on between us. Michael knew part of it but not the full story. He thought what she saw had been a one off but it wasn't. It was a daily reoccurrence.
We walking past the toilets when I heard a whimpering sound. I stopped suddenly, causing Calum to walk into my back and Michael to snigger at his foolishness. Calum glared at him and they began to argue in hushed whispers. I strained my ears, trying to see if I could hear the sound or whether I had been imagining it but I couldn't hear anything over the others babbling. I shot them both a firm look.
" be quiet guys. Do you hear that?" I quizzed. They looked at each other in confusion as to why I had my ear pressed up to the door of the girls bathroom but they came closer anyway and joined in.
" it sounds like someone's crying" Calum pointed out.
" no shit Sherlock" I mumbled, not caring whether he heard me or not. I was in a bad mood today and both the guys could sense this, probably by the intensity of my beating to Katherine. I had never hit her that hard before. And it felt good, like an adrenaline rush.
" should we go check they are alright?" Michael asked. Despite what people thought and his bright dyed hair, eyebrow piercing and tattoos, Michael was a big softie really. He was a really good listener and you could always count on him for good advice and comfort. He hated the thought of people hurting. I nodded, feeling sorry for the kid crying. Poor kid, high school could be tough, with all the bullies out there.
We went in and stood outside the cubicle where the whimpering was coming from.
" Are you okay in there?" Michael asked, his voice soft and sweet. No answer but the sniffling did stop a little. I decided we should try again but I wanted to do it myself.
" can we help you with anything?" I asked. Still no answer. I refused to let it go though
Katherine's PoV
It couldn't be them. Yet, it was. And they were being so kind, both Michael and Luke. I had seen the nicer side of Calum but it was weird to picture them all as caring empathetic human beings instead of my bullies.I didn't answer their questions, hoping they would just go away. I pulled my feet onto the toilet lid with me so if they looked under the gap in the door, they wouldn't know it was me from my shoes.
However, I should have known Luke was too stubborn to leave it alone.
" we aren't leaving until you come out and we can check your okay" he told me. I wasn't sure if it was sweet or slightly creepy. Of course, if he knew it was me, he would change his mind.
" you can tell us anything you know" another voice sounded. It was Calum's. He was the only one who would understand and who would be able to get the others out. I had him on Facebook, I could message him on there. I reached into my bag for my phone to message him but I accidentally knocked my self harm razor off my knee. I watched in horror as it skidded across the floor and under the crack of the cubicle door, right into Luke's hands...
