I walk towards the hospital grounds as I do every
Day
I visit everyday to sit with her
I feel like I know her entirely even in her state
The alpha has barely left his office since the

He's not half the man he was..
He rarely shaves or showers
He won't train with others
If people see him they keep their heads
Low after one person took him from his daze
And he near killed them...

I walk into the hospital and see James
Speaking with the doctor
They see me and smile brightly
"You all seem awfully chipper"
I begin the conversation with a smile
"We found her"
James says
I freeze in shock before speaking
"Where!?"
I ask stunned
"She was in alpha Dericks outskirts"
The name rings a bell
"That's like 3 weeks on foot ! She got fucking far"
I exclaim
"She's being brought in"
James says happily a broad white smile spread
Across his face now with stubble as
He's being over worked since alpha Damien

"Has alpha Damien been informed!?"
I ask excitedly
They look at me sheepishly
I curse under my breathe

"I assume he's coming ?"
I say unsure by our short conversation
They nod the same doubt filled their minds..
If he gave up on her
He used to visit every day once

Or stayed overnight
And he just stopped a month in.

We turn to commotion
We see Lucinda thrashing against
The guards as they drag her in the hospital
She attempts to free herself of the chains around
Her wrists and legs the silver now burning
Her skin because of her pressure
"Long time no see"
I see looking her up and down
She snarls
"LET ME GO!"
She screams angrily
The doctor approaches with a needle
I'm assuming to either knock
Her out or kill her
I mean she doesn't need to be alive to be drained,
He approaches her and she manages to knock
His hand and the needle falls and shatters.

I march towards her taking her hair in my hand
And pulling her head back as she winced in pain
I put my hand out waiting for
Another needle
As it's handed I fix it into my hand
Securely and smile
"You'll die knowing you did some good"
I say coldly before stabbing her a bit harder
Then I needed to with the needle
As the needles empties and I pull it out
She falls limp in the guards arms ,
"Take her strap her up and take only what you
Need Incase we need her again"
I say to the doctor
And they all wander off.

After ten minutes or so the alpha walks
In his disheveled form approaching us
"What's wrong"
He asks his voice horse
A-swell as the dark circles becomes like black eyes
His beard grown out and not long but not maintained either ...
"We found Lucinda alpha"
James says hoping to excite him
The alphas cold eyes stay the way they always do
As he looks at us wordlessly
"That means nothing I was called here for that"
He says coldly
I can't help my shock and disappointment
"She could wake today alpha ..you don't care?"
I ask shocked
"It won't happen"
He replies looking at me like I'm stupid
