Athena's PoV

The doctors explained to me I had amnesia..
It's short term as the date I had given
Them was only days from when I had my accident?
What accident?!
I'm so confused this doesn't smell
Like my packs land ...
I don't know any of the Docters ...
My wrists are wrapped up for some reason ..
Suddenly a scent hits my nose that made my heart flutter and my anxiety melt away,
I desperately searched for it as my heart fluttered
The closer it got my heart began to drum against my rib cage ...

The smell of oak and cinnamon hits me as the scent
Is seeping into the room
Either I'm drugged up...
As my head spins my heart screams for me to approach this person ..
I carefully stand balancing against well anything
That is in arms reach ...
I reach the door eventually and
The scent makes me shiver in pleasure
My excitement building
Mate?
Lilly says though it's more of a question
No way...
I thought I had no mate..well I had never searched
As it's against the rules ..
I have to off our pack grounds ..
Did I have an accident when running away from

I open the door and three people stare at me stunned
The woman from before
A man who carries a strong aura
Likely a beta or gamma
And in the middle the scent that sent my heart hammering and my knees weak
His dark hair messily pulled back
Light dark stubble across his laser sharp jawline
His icey grey eyes bear into my own and I feel
As if I'm being sucked into the clouds ...
Slowly he walks towards me and my body lights
Up as he closes in ...
My stomach flips waiting for him
He stops just infront of me
"I-I..."
I choke out my face going beat red
The door closes behind us shutting the others out.

"Do you know how long you've kept me waiting Athena?..."
His voice rough as if he's not slept in weeks but nonetheless goosebumps electrify my skin
As my wolf purrs in approval of him
His presence overwhelmed me in more then one way
He was high ranked ..
He was an alpha a powerful one ..
"I-I'm sorry..I d-don't.."
His hands go to my face slowly taking my face
In his palm as if he was afraid I'd shatter ...
I place my hand against his
This man is perfect...

His eyes burn as if he'd waited for me desperately..
I place my hand against his chest and nearly exploded as I feel his rock hard muscles ..
I nearly whimper as I feel weak in the knees
Slowly he closes the distance between us..
"I'll never be able to find a way good enough
To apologise Athena ...but I'll try"
He says his voice soft and apologetic
"I-I don't understand what do you mean.."
I say geniunely confused
He looks at me shocked
"I...what do you remember ?"
He asks
"Um..I remember being in my wolf form running
And I fell and hurt myself ..."
I reply wondering why he looks more confused than me
"Do you know who I am"
He asks another question
I shake my head a bit embarrassed
"No I'm sorry I don't ..I-i ...should I?"
I ask blushing
"I'm sure you'll...never mind it's fine"
He says smiling
"Y-you know my name what's yours?"
I ask sheepishly
"Damien.."
He replies curtly
I smile softly placing my forehead against his chest
"I like it ..."
I say quietly mostly
I look up and suddenly his lips are on my own and
I hesitate...I HESITATED!

I eventually react gently kissing him back
Following his pace allowing him to lead us..
His hands shake either side of my waist
Pulling me against his muscled toned body
Making a fire set alight through my entire being
He nips at my bottom lip
Looking for entrance which I give quickly
I wrap my arms around his neck carefully
His tongue slides into my mouth and I whimper
Into the kiss unable to help myself as my body seems to want to cry in pleasure by his very touch
He backs up against the bed and I feel my wolf
Barking happily expecting the mating ritual to start...
I'm unsure if it would..would he take me so soon?
He knew me and I knew him before..whatever happened?
