BATMAN'S POV

Frustrated, I followed Clark around as he decided to lead the way. I was blinded by my anger, way much pissed.

How could I be so careless?
And how could I not know about this?
Mostly how could I be so rude to her when she was carrying a kid by herself.
My kid.

The kid has to be mine, I don't think it could be anyone else's. I mean I would literally die of pain if it's anyone else's kid.

"Are you all right Bruce?" Superman asked looking at me. He looked concerned, which is why I had a hard time trying to answer that.
I wasn't all right. Nothing was all right.

"Until I don't see Diana I don't think I'll be." I said with a sigh. After we went out I could barely connect to anyone after the signal went weak. I couldn't even trace them so all I could do was hope that they were allright.
Especially Diana and my baby.

All I could do was hope and nothing which just tortured me more than enough.

"She's going to be fine, she's tough. Don't worry Bruce." Superman replied patting my shoulder. As kind as his words were, I hoped they were true too. Because if it wasn't I don't think I'll ever forgive myself for ruining two lives ; her and my baby.

"Barry?"

"He's been hit on the head." Superman said observing him. He was unconscious but trying really hard to open his eyes.

"What happened? Who did this to you?" I asked.

"We were attacked....from all sides...the...there were many guys...." He stammered.

"But this route was very safe considering no one took it, how can they know?" I thought. My plans never backfired. And this was very strange.

"Maybe they have cameras or stuffs?" Superman asked.
"No, it's impossible. I've been here. Wait where's aquaman? Wasn't he with you?" I asked.

"I don't know, he was fighting too, next minute I woke up here with no one at sight. Maybe they took him.." Barry said with his weakest voice.

"Why the heck would they even take him?" I asked. It made no sense, as far as I knew he had no special connection whatsoever. Could they have taken him to take out some intel on us? To know what we were on?

If that's the case then Diana....
she couldn't be safe either.

For the first time in my life I felt so scared.
Very very scared.

"All right. We have no time to sit quiet, Clark heal him. While you're here I'll head out to see if I can find Martian or Diana. We need to assemble and get them out, this is dangerous." I said.

"It'll take a minute or so, we'll come with you. You shouldn't be alone out there." Superman said starting to use all his energy to heal Barry fast, it was working.

"We can't waste time Clark, you can back me up soon. Also try looking for aqua man. We leave no man behind." I said as I sprung from the ground and rushed to the other end of the tunnel.

Where are you Diana
