the symbol of peace

The cold water dripped from our clothes as we trudged out of the shipwreck zone's lake, the adrenaline still pumping through our veins. Midoriya, Tsuyu, Mineta, and I were exhausted, but the shore had never looked so welcoming.

The reality of the situation hit us again. We barely had time to catch our breath when we saw Aizawa fighting off multiple villains on his own. His movements were precise and deadly, using his scarf to take down each opponent with efficiency. But even he seemed to be struggling against the overwhelming numbers.

Just as Aizawa took down another villain, a man with a hand covering his face, was heading straight for him. The man lunged at Aizawa, his hand outstretched to grab him. Aizawa noticed just in time, elbowing the villain, but as he tried to dodge, the man managed to grab his elbow. Instantly, Aizawa's skin began to crack and disintegrate where the man had touched him. He gritted his teeth in pain, but despite the injury, Aizawa continued to fight. Suddenly a massive figure appeared behind him. The creature was monstrous, its muscles bulging unnaturally.

We froze in place, horror washing over us as the creature charged at Aizawa. The impact of its attack sent Aizawa cracking to the ground, his goggles flying off as he skidded to a stop. He tried to get back up, but the creature was relentless, slamming him into the ground repeatedly.

As Aizawa was overwhelmed by the monstrous creature, the atmosphere grew even tener.  Out of nowhere, a dark, swirling mist materialized beside the blue-haired villain, forming the shape of a tall, imposing figure. It was the villain from earlier.

"Tomura Shigaraki," The villain's deep voice resonated.

Shigaraki, who had been watching Aizawa with growing frustration looked over at the tall villain. "Kurogiri, did you kill Thirteen?"

"I put Thirteen out of action, but there were students that I was unable to disperse, and one of them was able to run away."

Shigaraki began to scratch his neck violently. His fingers clawed at his skin as if trying to tear away some invisible irritant. "Kurogiri you...if you weren't a warp gate, I would've crushed you to pieces." His scratching grew more aggressive, leaving red marks on his pale skin, but suddenly he stopped and looked over at unfazed Kurogiri. "We can't win against dozens of pros. It's game over." Shigaraki muttered, his voice laced with anger. "Man, it's game over this time. Let's go home."

"Did he say they're going home?" Mineta who was visibly shaken, whispered.

"That's what I heard," Tsuyu answered.

Mineta clung to her side. "All right! We're saved!" His hand landed directly on Tsuyu's chest. There was a brief silence as I looked over at the two.

Tsuyu's eyes widened as she looked down at Mineta's hand. She grabbed his head, pulling him underwater as she glanced over at me and Midoriya. "I have a bad feeling about this."

"Me too," I answered, my eyes glued at the two villains. "It doesn't make sense for them to leave, I mean isn't their whole plan to destroy All Might?"

Suddenly a chilling voice cut through the air. "Oh, yeah. Before we leave, let's smash some of his pride."  A shiver ran down my spine as I saw Shigaraki's gaze shift toward us. His red eyes narrowed as he could sense our presence, even from a distance. Before I could react, Shigaraki was suddenly in front of me, his speed catching me off guard. His hand shot out, and before I could move, his fingers made contact with my face. The feeling of his cold, decayed touch sent a jolt of terror through my body. My breath hitched as I realized what was happening.

Shigaraki's eyes gleamed with twisted delight as he pressed his fingers against my skin. Just as I felt the first tingling of disintegration start, Shigaraki's grip on me suddenly loosened. His fingers twitched, and the malicious glow in his eyes dimmed. "Damn it. You really are cool...Eraser Head."
