Third person pov:
The next day, Yuta was woken up by the sound of people arguing, and he could recognize Taeyong's voice. As he opens his eyes, blinking a few times, he found himself in the back of a car, a way to expensive car, which causes him to scratch his eyes a few times to make sure he wasn't dreaming. His attention is then shifted to outside of the window, where he saw Taeyong on the phone, looking pretty upset, although before he could do anything, a voice from the front seat of the car interrupts his thoughts.
?: "ah, you're finally awake"
Yuta flinches, his head snapping into the direction of the voice only to recognize Jaehyun through the mirror, who's looking directly at him with a smile.
Jaehyun: "I was starting to think you were passed out"
Yuta simply smiles back, yet inside he's wondering how many people realized he was gone. He's certain Jaehyun knows, because he was in the phone with Taeyong when he found him, but who else could he have told this too?
Yuta: "I'm fine now. Who is Taeyong arguing with?"
The brunette chuckles, shaking his head.
Jaehyun: "just a normal conversation between him and his dad's assistant who is threatening to snitch on him"
After a few minutes, Taeyong gets in the passenger seat, frustrated yet still annoyed as Jaehyun wasted no time in teasing him.
Jaehyun: "how many years til you get out of your room? Thirty? Fifty?"
Taeyong shoots him a death glare yet his stern look falters a bit as he hears a soft chuckle coming out of Yuta's mouth. And with that, everything seemed to have gone back to normal, Jihyo and Mark actually started to get along while he was gone which is a miracle because those two were always in a competition of who was the bestest friend of mine. The only one acting low-key differs was Taeyong. The teasing was still there, yet there was something different in the way he looked at the redhead, in the way he got always so possessive, even overprotective sometimes. Yuya couldn't really find a justification to that, nor he could ever even come close to guess that the other had started to develop a literal obsession, not that the he wanted to admit it himself either, because it would be contradictory to everything that has ever happened between them... Well except for that one day in the janitor's closet... And the school's garden... And the party... And the elevator... But that is not the point, the point is that everything was developing behind the scenes, the two boys not really digging into what was unknown to them and kept living on.
Until Taeyong let it slip. It was a mistake, a big one, yet even so, he doesn't regret any tiny bit of it. Just to fill in the context, let me give you a quick recap that will bring us to why they're standing face to face all alone in Yuta's room. Did I mention Taeyong was on on top of him?
(Little flashback)
WinWin: "come on, man, I told you it wasn't my fault" WinWin basically whined like a kid, following Jaehyun who was angrily stomping out of the dance floor after they I purposely stepped on each other's foot while trying to hit on a girl. Yeah, dramatic, I know, but they're all drunk, so Taeyong didn't even bother to try and make them reason. His gaze was on someone else, his new little obsession he kept denying, taking care of a Mark who as almost going as berserk as his own two friends, yapping literally crap and even switching to English sometimes. The silver head couldn't help but feel drawn to him, and although there was part of him who wanted to focus on the party, his new emotion kept drawing him to the other, my eyes looking at him like a predator eagle aims at a succulent prey, and he would've attacked if a hand hadn't been placed on his shoulder, snapping him out of his trance, yet the intervening only caused him to get even more irritated.
X: "hey, handsome, why don't you let me undo that fancy belt and show me what you're hiding~"
That kind of flirting makes Taeyong reek. The fact that this girl had the audacity to trace her finger on him boldly only make him angrier, and he wastes no time in grabbing the girl's wrist to push her hand away.
Taeyong: "I think you should look for someone more desperate"
Unfortunately for him, when he got rid of the burden, Yuta wasn't sitting at his table anymore, and Taeyong started to feel that sense of what he denies to be possessiveness grow inside him. He probably paced the whole bar, action which might've taken half an hour at how many people where so massed together, until he finally found Yuta, feeling as proud as a pirate finding a treasure.
That was until he saw who he was with. Mostly because he didn't know who that person was.
He was simply staring at them from distance, until he saw the man grabbing Yuta's arm and starting to drag the other by force.
Taeyong's gaze darkened.
He stomped closer, following every step of the other, his hand reaching for a baseball bat that was laying around the bar.

insane because of you
FanfictionTaeyong and Yuta hated each other, and they still do. I mean, a rich, fake, and selfish boy couldn't tolerate the presence of a sassy redhead who doesn't know his place. Hold on, let me rephrase that. They think it would be correct to say they hate...
