Haya's eyes met Jihan's and he mouthed," 10:30 p.m. ... Sharp! " and winked with an unnoticeably small smirk and then before anyone could catch him flirting with his own wife, he concealed his expressions. A matter of split seconds.
Partner🐇: " No! "
He received Haya's text. Yes, he had changed her name from ' Exchange Student ' to ' Partner 🐇' in his phone. Why ? Well, that's a different story. Guess?Jihan: " Why? You already said yes. Didn't you? "
Partner🐇: " Jihan... You slipped my wedding ring out of my finger when I was asleep and you think I'll go out on a date with you? It is a big
' No '. "Jihan: " Haya! Your ring must have lost sonewhere and you are blaming me. That's unbelieveable. " She saw him shaking his head with fake disbelief.
Partner 🐇: " I can never lose anything specially when it is related to you. You won't let me lose it. Now, tell me where's my ring? What did you do to it? "
The faith she has on him... Even though it was all text and letters but he could hear her voice in his mind and her faith on him laced in it. It only warmed his heart and brought a smile on his face. He smiled.Slightly. Affectionately. Haya recognized that expression of eandearment on his face. Seeing him like this is all she ever wished for. Smiling. Happy. Loved. She would give away anything and everything just to see that expression on his face.
He looked at her who just raised her brow at him still questioning for her wedding ring. While his own wedding ring sparkled under the bright hall lights. He knew how precious her ring was for her. To him as well and he would protect it at any cost.
Jihan: " Bohat makhan aa gaya hai aj kal tumhare pas. Look inside your bag wife. "
She did and found ... not her ring but a small wooden box in rectangular shape. She opened it to find another handwritten note in it. What the hell...! She looked at him with angry red face.
Her anger - so attractive. He smiled slightly.
He had the sudden urge to send her a text naming her ' angry bird ' to irritate her. Thankfully, for his own good, he controlled the urge. Or else...well, we all know.
His this note had
"10:30p.m. ... Sharp! Okay?" written on it.Partner🐇: " Still a ' No! ' "
Jihan: " Okay then. Stay stubborn and forget your ring. "
Partner🐇: "Okay... I'll be there not for you but my ring " with an angry emoji.
Jihan: "You say that everytime, Haya. But still...Good girl! " only if he knew what his ' Good girl ' does to her. May be he knew and does that intentionally, these days more often.
They both kept their phones on their respective tables and indulged themselves in their respective conversations. They both didn't eat much.
None stayed there for too long, gave donations and left for their homes.
By 9:45p.m. ... Zumar dropped Haya outside her apartment building. Haya invited her for a coffee but she had to go to court early next morning so she promised her
' some other day ' and left. And then in her own car she left for MONAL. At 10:30p.m. sharp, she was outside restaurant's entrance.
A man lowered himself on her window and addressed her respectfully,
" Your car will be delivered back home safe, Madam! "She stepped out of her car, nodding her head at him respectfully, greeted him and added a thankyou at the end. She handed him over her car keys reluctantly. Being possessive of her car, she gave instructions to take care of it and that she should not spot a single scratch on her car. He nodded respectfully but he seemed to be already aware that those instructions were coming his way.
Jihan Sikandar needs fixing.
