My whole life I've been insecure because of many things, my horns, my wings, my everything. And here I was getting called attractive by an actual god.

I loved whenever Uliana suggested going to the lagoon, it was one of my favorite areas to relax. Even though going meant that we had to come with an idea about something,
It was always a good day when we went.

"Here." Uliana said passing me a couple of textbooks. "What is this for again?" I asked as I opened the first book. "I want something that will give that Jasmine girl a hint." Uliana said as I rolled my eyes. "You should leave that girl alone, she hasn't done anything but be annoying with her boyfriend." I said as she shook her shoulders. "I just want a silly prank, they'll probably laugh it off anyway. So let us receive a good laugh." Uliana said as she sat down in front of me.

I lifted my fingers as I quickly read the first book mentally. Nothing eye catching worthy. I put the book to the side before grabbing another one. "Okay, well I'm going to a snack, company?" Uliana asked around our group as Hook and Morgie stood up immediately, eager to follow her as she began walking away. "Good luck darling." Hook spoke as I laughed before continuing to read the books quickly.

Hook was the type of a guy who flirted with everyone, he was charming for sure. Good looking, attracting, funny, seductive, anything you could want. However since he was all these things, you could never tell when he wanted something with you. But it was clear to me that Hook was just a friend, a good friend of mine.

"I love when your eyes do that." Hades spoke as I shot my eyes out of my concentration. I forgot that they did that, whenever I concentrated on magic they turned a bright green. "I forgot that they do that." I said blinking my eyes as I pushed the book to the sides. Hades had came back from his trip a few days ago, today was the first moment that we could speak alone. "We haven't had time to ourselves this week." He mentioned.

"I know, but we have right now." I replied giving him a smile as he nodded. "How did your trip go?" I asked as he shook his shoulders. "Boring, my father was just checking in on us. However what about you?" He asked as I shot my eyes up. "Nothing really, I just hung around with this group and wrote on my journal." I answered as he nodded. "Why do you write your spells in that journal, what do you intend to do with it?" He asked as I started humming. "I'd like for it to be passed on, like through every generation of witches." I replied as he nodded. "So do you wanna have kids?" He asked as I shook my head. "I don't think so, I don't want to be a mother to a child. I never even had a good one myself." I replied as he nodded.

"Imagine." He said laying down right next to me. "What?" I asked. "You wouldn't want to have a daughter who'd rule and carry an amazing legacy." He replied as I laughed. "You want to have a daughter?" I asked as he nodded immediately.

"I thought men only wanted sons." I replied as he shook his head. "No, women are far more powerful." He replied. I took a second to think about that, it was a good claim. "What makes you say that?" I asked as I laid right next to him. "Right now." He answered as I took a second to look around. "What do you mean right now?" I asked in panic, was someone around us. "You, I keep being drawn to you. I don't know why." He replied as I felt my throat shake. "I don't know what you mean." I replied as I sat up. Was my magic doing something to him possibly.

"Ever since I met you, I feel like something's pulling me towards you. I just don't know what." He answered. I immediately grabbed my spell book as I ravaged through the pages, maybe I had accidentally said something relating to a spell. "I guess I might've put a spell on you, let me check." I replied as he placed his hand on my book. I turned to him immediately was he laughed.

"What's funny?" I asked looking at him as he grinned. "I'm kidding, I am drawn to you but not because of a weird circumstance. But because you're very special." He replied. I smiled. I haven't felt like this since I was like 12. "That's very kind of you." I said as I cleared my throat before turning back to my book. I continued reading my journal, wanting to avoid this awkwardness but I just felt him staring at me and he wasn't looking away at all. "So you're just gonna keep looking at me?" I asked as I put my book down for the second time. "So you're just gonna pretend I didn't just call you special." He replied as I shook my shoulders. "I don't know how you want me to react." I replied.

He got closer to me, our thighs sitting right next to eachother. "What do you think of me." He asked as I felt my throat gulp. "I'm really grateful that you've been nice to me since you got here." I replied as he nodded. "You wanna hear a secret I've had since I got here?" He asked. His words traveling down my spine as I nodded.

"Sure." I answered. What could he be hiding. "I've been wanting to kiss you since the day we met." He replied. His words traveled deeper down my spine again as I gulped once again. "Is that so?" I whispered as he nodded. "I'm not lying when I said there was something about you that I couldn't resist. The way you don't care that much for anything and the way you act is unbelievably attractive." He replied as I nodded my head. Never have I been called attractive. My whole life I've been insecure because of many things, my horns, my wings, my everything. And here I was getting called attractive by an actual god.

My body began to feel warm as his face got closer to mine. "So what do you think?" He asked about his secret as I stared at him for a second. Then in a few seconds after, I leaned in and pressed my lips on his. He accepted it, moving his hand on my jawline as he pulled me in closer.

I loved this feeling, the way it felt like nothing else mattered and how our lips felt like a puzzle completed. He seemed so control and so was I, and I loved it so much. We continued for a few more seconds before I heard a chatter approaching that I assumed was Uliana as we both pulled away immediately. He jumped away and sat down in front of me like we were before he moved to be closer to me.

In the moments that we were kissing, his hair started to fire up and a blue flame now popped up as I smiled to myself. He loved my green eyes when I focused, and I liked his blue flame hair when he was as well.

"Hey you two, found berries near the trees." Uliana said as she threw us 3 each. "What's up with your hair Hades?" Morgie asked, levitating his hand above it before flinging it back. "Sorry, happens when I focus." He asked as I smiled to myself again. "It actually burns." Morgie replied as he shook his hand on his leg before sitting down next to him. "So what did you find Maleficent." Uliana asked as I shook my head. "Nothing worth doing, I think we should wait for an actual threat." I replied as I closed the final book. "I agree." Hades spoke as we all turned to him.

My cheeks burned as I turned my head to Uliana. "Alright, we will wait." Uliana nodded as she sat down. Hades was the only person in our group Uliana was truly afraid of. Whatever he said went, but since he didn't care much, it was mainly Uliana taking leadership. She wasn't afraid of me, but I knew one day she will.
