𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡'𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕

I wake up and wipe the tears from my cheeks. I was crying in my sleep. Again. For my dear cousin. Who unfortunately died 6 years ago. But why am I always blaming myself?

Anyways, after deciding that, I needed a change in life, I got dressed and went downstairs.

Obviously, melted ice and a cigarette was there. I cleaned it up and made some coffee before leaving for university.

At University

"Guys!!" I wave at my friends who were sitting in our usual seats except, Ohm, My best friend wasn't there.

"Where is Ohm?" I ask as I walk towards them.

"Behind you."  Ford said and I look behind only to see Ohm's face two inches from mine.

"God Damnit!!" I scream, earning a chuckle from Ohm.

"Miss me?" He said, putting his bag down next to mine.

"Miss you, My ass!" I smacked his head.

Just then, our class teacher entered and all of us sat down.

During lunch time, Me and Ohm were alone as we decided to eat in another department 

"I've been thinking and I've decided to investigate my cousin's murder." I say and Ohm spits out his juice.

"What??!! Are you crazy??!!"

"She keeps haunting me in my dreams. And what if she is not dead? What if she is just lost?" I say and Ohm just stares at me

"Mind if I join you?" He offers his hand and I smile.

"Deal, but we can't tell anyone as everyone around us is a suspect. Ok?"

"Deal." We shake hands and plan our plot

After University

I unlock the door and go inside and surprised to see Phuwin there. Normally he would be back at 3:00pm but it's only 2:15 pm now.

"You're early" I say, throwing my bag on the couch.

"Got off work early today. What? Are you not happy?" He smirks

"No it's not that. Whatever, I'll take a shower and then prepare some snacks for you, Ok?" I say, heading towards the stairs.

"I'll drink some alcohol while waiting. Do we have Buffalo Trace?" He asks and I stop on my tracks.

"What?"

"Do we have Buffalo Trace?" He looks back 

"N-no, we don't...We have Ancient Age though.." I sutter.

"Ok, I'll have that. You enjoy your shower...without me.." He pouts.

"Wanna join?" I jokingly say but his eyes turn into stars and he jumps up from the couch

"Wait for me!!" He runs after me.

After an "innocent" shower, we both lay down and rest.

At night

We both woke up at 8 pm and I immediately started working on dinner even though my back hurts.

"I'll leave now! Bye, I love you" Phuwin kisses my forehead before leaving. And I tense up.

After washing the dishes, I silently go upstairs and lay on my bed even though I had no intentions to sleep.

And again, just like everyday, I hear him downstairs and suddenly my body works on auto pilot and I go downstairs. It was super dark as I turned off ALL the lights of the house, only a dim light is on in the kitchen.

As I enter the kitchen, I could feel his presence. Suddenly, I was pinned to the wall and obviously it was that guy.

I was fully trapped between the wall and his giant body.

"I told you not to play games with me." His dark, hushed voice spoke.

"I'm not" I manage out.

"Sure, You are not." He chuckles. Even his chuckle is dark.

"Are you that eager to see my face, Darling?" He repeats the same line from a few days ago.

"Maybe I am. Will you show me?" I challenge him. He then, lifts his face up but I still can't see him because of the darkness that surrounds us and because of his hoodie. Then, he pushes back his hoodie and I finally saw his face through the dark.

Dark Brown hair, brown eyes, sharp nose, sharp jawline, pink lips, and his bangs falling on each side of his forehead.

"You are already head over heels for me?" He smirks.

"N-no I'm not- I was just-"

"It's ok. It is completely fine to love your future husband. Right?" He smirks, his eyes, fixated on my lips.

"Future husband, My ass!!" I snap at him.

He doesn't respond. Rather, leans in.
I didn't stop him until his face was inches away from mine. I turn my head to my left but he cups my cheeks by one hand and smashed his lips on mine. I try to get out of his hold but he tightens his grip and I....give in.

My legs wraps around his waist as he lifts me up and walk towards the stairs, our lips still on each other.

He gently puts me on my bed as he gets on top of me. He kisses me again and I open my mouth, letting his tongue inside. His tongue explores the insides of my mouth, tasting my sweet nectars.

His mouth travels down and he takes off my shirt before leaving marks on my neck and shoulders. He tries to do more but I stop him. My body was failing me.

"I know. You are already tired from the shower" He rolls his eyes as he gets off of me.

"Be happy that you at least got that" I put my shirt back on.

"You're blushing" He smiles as he caresses my cheeks. Then, he turns around and leaves.

Realization hits me as soon as he was gone and I stare at my ceiling. My head was blank.

Shit!! What did I do. I betrayed Phuwin

My thoughts was interrupted by that man's voice, saying "Don't feel guilty" from outside.

I bury my face on one of the pillows and fall asleep.

"She's missing" my aunty broke down in tears as soon as the police officer said that.

"What do you mean she's missing? How? Where was she last seen?" My uncle was asking the police lots of questions 

"She's missing sir. And we still don't know where she was last seen but we'll look into it."
