𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫'𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕

As they stepped inside, they were immediately met with a lot of people, talking and drinking.

"That's Max" Fourth pointed at a man, wearing off-white suit, with a glass of wine in his hand. He was smiling and talking to some people.

Luckily, Max's parents were at the front and people were busy doing their own work. Therefore, no one noticed them.

"I'll go and talk to him.." Fourth stepped forward but Gemini held his wrist.

"Take this in case of emergency. Press this button and I will be able to hear everything" Gemini said and handed him a walkie-talkie.

"Chill..I'm not entering a crime scene you know" Fourth scoffed but Gemini's face remained the same. Cold. Expressionless.

Fourth walked away and went to talk to Max who was not around guest anymore.

"Can we talk?" Fourth asked and Max narrowed his eyes

"Who are you?"  He asked

"Ploy's cousin.." He replied and Max drank his alcohol in one go and placed it on the tray which was carried by a waiter who was passing by.

"Let's go" He nodded his head to enter the house and Fourth followed.

"Sit down" He entered the basement and it was nicely decorated with small couch, bean bags etc. Max took a sit on the couch and Fourth sat on the couch right beside him.

Max, took out some shot glasses and poured alcohol in them. Offering one to Fourth, he said,

"One drink, per question" Fourth hesitated but he needed the informations.

So, he took the glass and drank it before questioning,

"Do you know anything about AJ's suicidal case?" He asked and Max simply shook his head.

"I was the most distant member among all of us as I would always go around, fucking men and women and being busy while they partied, studied and did all things at once. So no, I don't know that much about AJ. I just know that Ploy left her ex boyfriend for AJ." He replied and poured some in the same glass.

"Is there anything that the police don't know? Like did she have beef with anyone at that time?" Fourth asked and drank that glass of alcohol as well.

"As long as I remember, no. I don't think she had beef with anyone..." Max crossed his eyebrows and shook his head again.

After a few more round of question-answer and drinking, Fourth was already wasted.

"Now it's my time to ask questions to you" Max smirked at Fourth who nodded his head as he leaned back. But what they both didn't realize is that, Fourth accidently pressed the button on the walkie-talkie and now, Gemini was able to hear everything.

"Do you have a lover?"

"Yes...I do" Fourth replied and nodded his head uncontrollably.

"Have you ever thought of breaking up or cheating on him?" Max asked and Fourth teared up at the question, knowing that he had cheated on Phuwin whether it was his fault or not and he definitely knew that one day or another, he has to let go of Phuwin, because Gemini ain't letting go of Fourth.

"Y-yes..." Fourth replied and Max smirked, satisfied with his answer as everything was going according to plan.

On the other hand, Gemini who was talking to some pretty ladies, heard everything in his airpods and now, he was rushing into the house.

He searched for them in the kitchen and living room but didn't find them. He checked all bedrooms but no avail.
Finally, he checked the attic and basement and found them there.

Max was towering over the half-asleep Fourth and just when he leaned in to kiss, Gemini punched him.

"Who the fuck are you?" Max placed his hand over his own cheeks.

"Doesn't matter"

"I could call the cops on you" Max pointed at him as he threatened.

"And I could call the cops on you for sexually assaulting him. Or having sex without his consent while he is drunk" Gemini smirked as he spoke

"I didn't even have sex-"

"Who's gonna tell the cops that you didn't?" Gemini smiled sarcastically before carrying Fourth out of the event.

The sun dipped below the horizon as they entered the car.

Fourth mumbled something the entire way back home, with Gemini getting angrier with each word.

Gemini placed Fourth on the bed when they got home. Just as Gemini turned to go after he adjusted Fourth, Fourth held his hands.

"Stay with me" Fourth said with half-opened eyes.

"Why would I?" Gemini was still angry and pulled his hands away. But Fourth held his wrist again, pulling Gemini with him as he moved aside, making room for the other. Gemini was still standing when Fourth looked at him with tears, glistening in his eyes. Giving him the teary puppy eyes, Fourth whined,

"Please"

Gemini, not being able to be angry anymore, climbed onto the bed, scooping Fourth in his arms before placing a kiss on, now smiling, Fourth's head.

"Good night" Gemini said, expecting a reply from the younger. But he was already in his dreamland.

Morning

Fourth was the first one to wake up and  he rubbed his eyes as he tried to process everything.

He looked up at the sleeping Gemini and forgot about everything as he brushed his thumb against the sleeping elder's lips. Tracing his fingers along Gemini's jawline, Fourth leaned closer, placing an unexpected peck on his lips. He brushed away the strand of hair from his forehead and the other woke up.

When Fourth saw Gemini's eyelids opening, he quickly pulled away and hid his face in the crook of Gemini's face, wondering if he was awake this whole time. He inhaled the scent of Gemini's cologne.

Just when he relaxed, thinking that Gemini wasn't awake during the time he kissed him, he tensed again. Gemini's hand travelled to Fourth's waist slowly, pushing Fourth's shirt up with his hands. A simple yet sensual move that made Fourth's ears turn red.
