You'll take your chances with the slots. You've had decent enough luck so far. There's a good chance you can turn it all around. The only annoying part is that the Hat Man seems to have nothing better to do but watch you play. Plenty of other souls to torment here and he wants to breath down your neck of all people. At least he isn't getting glitter on you anymore. Although, in hindsight, that was probably far better than your current reality.
It also doesn't help that he makes various sound effects every time you win and lose. It is starting to get on your nerves. You didn't think you would actually get to a point where you felt more irritated than afraid, but the Hat Man has a special way about him. He must be deliberately mocking you. Part of you actually considers taking a swing at this dude.
