Marjorie's POV

Walking into the office, I see Autumn typing away at her desk. She had her hair down instead of her usual half-up half-down. I never notice how beautiful she is with her hair down. I didn't realize I was standing at the office door, just staring at her till I heard her voice.

"Marjorie, are you ok?" she turned to face me, and I could feel the heat rise to my face.

"Uh-I mhm-yeah, yeah, I'm fine," I stumbled, scrambling to my seat. Why am I reacting like this? I have never acted like this around Autumn before, I think to myself, logging on to my computer. Consumed by my thoughts, I didn't hear Autumn get up. Suddenly, I feel my chair being turned around. Autumn stops the chair so that I'm facing her. Her hands are on either armrest, and she is leaning over slightly. Her face is inches from mine, and I can feel my blushing worsening. I don't dare speak a word.

"If you are ok, then why are you so red?" she asked, but it wasn't a concern in her eyes.

"Uh-" I was speechless. I mean, what was I supposed to say? How was I supposed to react to this? My mind was going a million miles an hour, and the only clear thought in my head was, 'god, I wish I could kiss her'

"Come on, Marjorie, use your words," she said softly but demanding.

"Autumn, what are- what are you doing?" I whispered, not sure what to do. I knew we shouldn't be doing whatever it was we were doing, but in the same breath, I never wanted her to stop.

"You're a smart girl, Marjorie, I think you know what I'm doing," she said, getting closer.

"We shouldn't I'm with Reece, and you're with Winter," I said, my eyes drifting down to her lips. She moved closer so her mouth was next to my ear.

"Do you want me to stop?" she whispered, her lips ghosting over my ear.

"God, no," I gasp out, closing my eyes.

~Beep Beep Beep Beep~

My eyes shot open. Looking around, I realize I'm in my bed. I sit up and try and catch my breath. Was that just a dream? It felt so real. I lean over and turn off the alarm; then it hits me. It wasn't just a dream; it was a dream about Autumn: my co-worker, my best friend, My boyfriend's sister.

I can't think about that right now. I get up and jump in the shower. Forty-five minutes later, I'm ready to head to work, and I will have to face Autumn. Before I could think too much about that, I heard a honk coming from outside. Reece was here to take me to work. My amazing, handsome boyfriend. So why do I have this sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach?

I climb in his car, and his hand finds its home on my thigh, but it feels different.  "Good morning, gorgeous," his words don't give me the butterflies they used to. I lean in and kiss him, but I feel nothing. The only thing on my mind is Autumn's soft lips on my ear, and wondering if they are that soft in real life. I pull away and turn to look straight ahead.

"You ok, Marjorie?" he asked, concern filling his voice.

"Yeah, I'm fine," I said, looking at him and giving him a small smile. He starts driving. On the way to the nursery, we never spoke a word. He dropped me off and said he would be back with my coffee. I smiled at him and walked into the building.

Walking down the hallway, my only thought was how am I going to face Autumn after my dream. I heard Agatha say something, but I just kept walking. I come into the office and see Autumn on the phone at her desk. I was happy about this. This meant I didn't need to talk to her yet. I sat up at my desk and got to work, trying to keep my mind busy.

A few minutes later, Autumn got off the phone, and Reece walked in at the same time. He handed me my coffee and Autumn her's.

"Thank you, My Love," I said, barely meeting his eyes. He came over to me and kissed me goodbye, and I felt my whole body stiffen. He pulls away, and I can see Autumn's face. She can tell something is wrong. Reece says his byes and leaves. Now it's just me and Autumn for the next 10 hours. I try and go back to work, but I can feel her eyes on me. I tried my best to ignore it, but then I heard her voice, and it sent shivers down my back.
