is woke up in a tangle of bedsheets my legs tangled with another's. "shit" i say in a low voice. "cara?" a deep voice mutters "is that you honey?" he says as his hand searches for me in the waves of sheets.
"yeah" i say feeling guilty. he strokes a strand of hair behind my ear "you are dashing love". love. that's what arthur calls me, called me. shit arthur. i get up search for my clothes and run out the door.
what the fuck have i just done.

i scroll on the phone screen looking at the map, when a notification from cara comes in. "hey george" i say, "yeah" he says giving me a quick glance as he drives the tuk tuk "cara messaged you" i reply.
"she's probably asking for something just give her why she wants it's usually dates for when i'm back"
i click on the message "she wants your location, i sent a pin"
"cool cool" he says pulling his sunglasses over his eyes.
hm, that's a weird thing to ask i think.

as i run towards the house with george i get a message from chip, finally getting service. 'i'm guessing you two won, your rooms the main room upstairs, george has the first door on the left.'
"hey george, look" he walks over to me, reading my phone. he slaps me on the back "fucking finally, "see you later i'm going for a nap!" he runs to his room as i chuckle and walk to mine.
i open the door, the double bed in the centre of the room. on the left side of the room is a walk in closet on the right, is a toilet. well i'm hoping, i really need a piss i think as i head straight for it.
i wiggle the doorknob as it doesn't budge. "give me a sec" i hear through the door.
what. the. fuck.
i think. who's here? the door opens revealing the most beautiful girl in the world. cara, no caramel. i pull her in my arms tears welling in my eyes.
"i'm sorry caramel, i'm so so sorry" i rush
"i should have let you speak"
"i was stressed and i im just" she cuts me off
"shhh it's okay it's okay" she strokes my hair as she pulls my head away from my shoulder.
"i understand, my love. i should have let you speak to me when you were sober" she kisses me on the cheek leading me to the bed.
"let's just chill out, we'll talk in the morning."
