I've been stuck in my room for days and it's starting to suffocate me. It's as if I'm in a prison where I've been locked away from the world.

Well, I'm the reason behind my recent isolation.

I've not seen Leo in days, that is even okay because our last conversation brought out certain things we both wanted to keep to ourselves. He's still pretty confident walking around the house, but not me.

I feel like the whole thing is so weird. Like we are in a high school romance drama thing.

He has occupied himself with work and he's barely home. I don't even know if he sleeps here anymore.

I've also been quite busy. I researched a few A-list law firms and submitted my information and stuff. I'm just hoping I'd be accepted. It'd be a dream come true. Literally.

I'm just waiting for their response and then I'd finally start working. I'd finally live my dream and make my own money. Be my own boss, you know?

Today, I just want to leave this house and do something fun. If Irene were here, her idea of fun would be shopping. I think that's what I'm going to do today. Forget my room, this house is a prison and it's suffocating.

I quickly shower because I was too busy with making my plans for when I start working that I totally forgot.

I put on a cute crop top and some baggy jeans with a pair of sneakers, tied my hair up in a ponytail and did some soft makeup. I finished it all up with lip gloss, my favourite. I used a body splash too that smelt like roses. I love the fragrance.

I headed downstairs and popped by the kitchen to get some juice before leaving. I met Valentino there and he gives me a warm smile. He's a really nice man and I don't know how he tolerates Leo.

"You going somewhere?" He asks and I nod my head while taking a glass.

"You look lovely," He says.

"Thank you," I reply, "I'm going shopping though and I realised the fridge is getting empty," I add.

"Yeah, we'll just restock it soon," He says.

"I can do that for you," I reply.

"No, I can't let you do that. Boss will not be happy if he finds out," He says.

"He doesn't have to find out then," I say sipping my juice.

"I don't know, Arya,"

"Oh come one, I'll be back soon and he doesn't need to know a thing," I say assuring him.

"Okay, but how are you going to pay for the stuff?" He asks and I realise I was going shopping with no money.

My dad cut me off since I was married. He told before he'd make me the rightful heir again if I give him a grandchild. Well, that wasn't going to happen anytime soon.
