Absinthe and crymini were in the living room, sitting on the couch scrolling on their phones when angel walked in, carrying a huge pet carrier "Girls, c'n ya help me with something?" "Sure, whatcha need?" crymini asked. Angel looked around then leaned in "I have't take 'im to the vet for a rabies shot. And he's bein' difficult..." angel whispered "Well he hates the doctor." absinthe said, bluntly "Yeah, but he's been getting a lot of street urchin's souls, so he needs it." "Alright, I have an idea. Absinthe close your eyes." crymini said, absinthe closed her eyes as crymini got out a laser pointer and shined the red dot inside of the carrier "Dad, c'n ya come here for a second!"  crymini yelled. Husk came out wearing his hat, black studded earrings, and black pants with suspenders "What?" husk asked, then saw the red dot, his eyes dilated as he went on all fours "Meow.", he ran into the carrier then angel shut the door. Husk realized what happened and started hissing and clawing around the walls "Thanks girls." angel said, carrying the heavy carrier and walking out the door. "Ok sis ya c'n open your eyes now." crymini said, absinthe opened her eyes to see the red dot on the floor "Meow." her eyes dilated as she went on all fours and tried to get the red dot, but crymini always moved it away.

While angel was driving husk was in the passenger seat giving angel death glares "Don't look at me like that, you needs this and you know it." husk just growled "Husky, you're getting  more street urchin's souls." "Yeah. What the problem with that?" husk growled "Nothing, it's just that they might have diseases like rabies and I don't want you gettin' sick, so you need it." husk looked at him with his eye slits very thin "I know you hate the doctor, but this is important so please do it for me. ok?" husk sighed and nodded, angel smiled "Good kitty, if you're good I'll let ya play with the red dot. How's that sound?" husk's pupils dilated and he nodded. Angel tapped his nose through the carrier "Good cause we're here" angel said as they pulled up to a vet in The Sloth Ring "Come on, husky this will be over lickety-split." angel said, gettin out of the car, grabbing the carrier, and walking inside.

Angel went to the front desk where a baphoment nurse was at the front desk "Name?" she asked "Angel Dust husker." "What's your pet's name?" husk growled, remembering all the times alastor treated him like a pet, angel looked at him sympathetically "He's not my pet, he's my husband!" angel said, angry "Ok, what's your husband's name?" she asked "Husk husker." she looked through a notebook until she nodded "Yep, right here. Take a seat, we'll be ready for him in just a bit.".

 Angel sat down and put the carrier on the seat next to him, an imp mother and her daughter walked by and the little girl got excited seeing the kitty "Look mommy, a kitty cat!" she said, pointing at husk "Aw, what cute little kitten." her mom said, looking at husk "C'n I pet him?" the girl asked, smiling "Pet me and I'll kill you." husk growled. Angel took him out of the carrier and put him on his lap as husk sat with his legs curled up "Husky let her pet ya, maybe it'll take your mind off the s-h-o-t." angel whispered, husk sighed "Yeah ya c'n pet me kid..." husk said. The little girl squealed and started petting husk's head and ears, husk sighed as he started purring "Aw, so cute." she said. Eventually she stopped "What do you say do the nice kitty?" her mom asked "Thank you mister for letting me pet you." she said, husk smiled "Anytime kid..." he said, smiling as the girl, her mom, and their own tuxedo cat walked away. Angel started petting husk's head and ears making the purring returned "Ya liked her didn't you?" husk nodded "Yeah, her pet were real sweet, not rough and she wasn't pulling my whiskers, It felt good..." angel smiled while petting him "Glad ya liked it.".

"Mr. Husker the doc'll see your husband now!" the nurse called, husk started whimpering in fear "Shhh, it's ok this'll be over before you know it." angel said, carrying him and the carrier into the office. Angel sat on exam bed with husk on his lap, whimpering and covering himself with his wings while the baphoment doctor looked at a clipboard "Welcome, angel dust. And this must be husk." "Yeah. And you can hurry, please; he isn't a fan of shots. So, let's make this quick for all our sakes." angel said, stroking husk's wings "Oho! Come, now; it can't be that bad. I see hellbeast and animal like sinners every day; there hasn't been one that has caused any issues." the doctor said, taking out an oversized syringe. Husk looked at it and started growling and lunged at him. Angel quickly grabbed the doctor and got him out of the way "Yep, right there. Told you, dipshit" angel said as husk grew 2 times his size, landing on all fours, his fangs sharp and bared, and his claws growing longer.

Husk started chasing the doctor, who was still holding the syringe while angel was holding his tail to try to stop him. Eventually husk had the doctor backed into a corner, angel waved his hands in the airs, the doctor understood and throw the syringe toward him, angel caught it and tried to stick it into husk, but he moved out of the way. 20 minutes later angel held husk down on the exam bed who was bitting his fangs and hissing, while the doctor held up the syringe and tried to stick it into his neck, but husk dodged every attempt. Husk got out of angel's grip and punched the doctor into a bin of used needles making him scream in pain.

An hour later angel was sitting on the exam bed holding the syringe with husk growling at him, while the doctor was passed out on the floor, covered in scratches. "Husky..." angel said, looking at husk's glowing golden eyes "Husky... Please..." angel said, moving his hand to touch him but husk pulled away "Husk..." angel looked down and saw the syringe in his lap "Oh, shit! Sorry husky!" angel said, throwing the syringe next to the doctor "See the syringe is gone now. C'mere baby." angel said, husk placed his head on his lap making angel smile and start petting his ears "I know ya hate shots and doctors in general, we don't have't do this if you're not ready." husk looked at him "I am, but I just... Don't like 'em, they remind me of when I take my testosterone shots." husk said, in his demonic voice "I know baby, ya always hate the side effects." angel said, running his fingers through husk's hair "Yeah, their a bitch." husk growled "And who's there't help ya?"  "You." husk said, angel nodded "Yeah I'm alway there when ya need something, when you're hungry, or need painkillers. I'm always gonna be there for ya, just like ya are for me." husk smiled and started purring. The doctor woke up, grabbed the syringe and stuck it into husk's neck and slowly started injecting him with the vaccine, husk started hissing but stopped when angel shushed him "sh, it's ok, you're doin' so good baby." . 5 seconds later husk was back to normal and the doctor had injected him completely with the vaccine "Husk you're done." the doctor said, husk turned to him "I am?" "Yes, your husband kept you calm enough for me to do it." husk turned to angel, who nodded "Yeah. Thanks doctor." "Have a nice day." the doctor said, as angel carried husk and the carrier out of the vet and to the car.

"Now wasn't that so hard." angel said as they drove back home "No, sorry I was a bitch the whole time..." husk said "Hey, it's ok. You were still a good boy so you c'n play with the red dot. How's that sound?" husk nodded, his pupils dilated "You're so cute." angel said "Shut up..." Husk growled "You love me." "Couldn't tolerate this with anyone else..." husk mumbled "Still love me." angel said, kissing husk's cheek. Husk just smiled "I love you too, ya happy?" angel nodded "Very.".
