Super Star Destroyer 'Lusankya'
Main Bridge

Admiral Daala was currently sitting in her chair and reading the report on his Padd. Suddenly the XO came to her.

"Admiral, 8 attack cruisers have just arrived here. They have joined us." The XO replied.

"Good. How many more task forces will join us?" Admiral Daala inquired.

"Mash seven more in eight hours, admiral," said the XO.

"Hopefully the First Order won't attack at that time. What about the task force from Bastion?" Admiral Daala inquired.

"In about 3 hours, they brought 6 star destroyers of various versions, 2 interdictor cruisers, 4 Nebulon B Frigates, 14 carrack cruisers, 8 CR90 corvettes, 2 lancer frigates, and 2 escort carriers. A pretty powerful fleet." The XO replied.

"Right, our current fleet total?" Admiral Daala inquired.

"1 super star destroyer, 8 Imperial class star destroyers, 4 victory class star destroyers, 12 battlestars, 22 destroyers, 4 dreadnought heavy cruisers, 4 interdictor cruisers, 16 carrack cruisers, 32 modified Gozanti cruisers, and 46 attack cruisers." The XO replied.

"Hmm, not bad. This fleet should be strong enough, even against two super-star destroyers, before modification." Admiral Daala spoke.

"Right, admiral. We will destroy the First Order fleet in one strike!" The XO spoke.

"Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Remember, we don't know what the composition of the fleet will be. Perhaps our fleet is not strong enough." Admiral Daala spoke.

"Supposedly, with the combination of our fleet with the fleet from Bastian later, plus the task force that is still arriving, it will be strong enough to face even a main attack force," said XO.

"Is there any news from Admiral Kalaksa?" asked Admiral Daala.

"Nothing important, admiral. Just periodic reports on the evacuation process. Oh, yes, the Kalaksa admiral requested a cargo ship to transport the excess goods that the Resistance's freighter couldn't carry," said the XO.

"Do they have cargo containers? If they do, then we can send 2 Gozanti Cruisers after moving the TIE Fighter." Admiral Daala spoke.

"I will ask about it. If they do, I will send two of the Gozanti Cruisers there," said the XO.

"Make sure that those Gozanti Cruisers go the other way first, not directly to D'Qar. Don't let our position be known." Admiral Daala spoke.

"Yes, admiral," said the XO.

Admiral Daala then went back to reading her Padd.

D'Qar Star System
The Resistance HQ.
More than an hour later.

The Resistance's freighters had left D'Qar to hide in Galactic Empire territory to avoid the First Order's attack. Likewise, a number of Corvettes had also left D'Qar carrying non-essential goods and personnel. The few Resistance freighters that finally arrived at D'Qar also removed some of the goods from the Alliance ships. The ships left D'Qar as soon as they had finished loading.
Even so, there were still quite a lot of goods that had not been transported, and a number of goods were still on the warships that would jeopardize their safety in the event of a battle. The Resistance needed more ships to transport its goods and personnel.
