The day has come, move in day! Everyone was getting assigned to their dorms and getting their schedules! Nina was finished packing for college and started loading everything into the car. "So, you gotta everything?" Her mom said "yes I got everything" Nina said slightly groaning after hearing her mom say "you got everything" three times already. Nina and her Mom grabbed the last few things and loaded them in the car "alright, baby girl let's go to college!" Mom said excitedly as she started the car.
Meanwhile, Emily Maxwell, one of Nina's closest best friends since sophomore year of high school waiting for her at the entrance with her boyfriend Finn Markey. "Damn, where is she?" Finn asked as he looked back at the registration line moving quickly "i don't know but she should be here" Emily said about to call her again "well, while you call her again I'm gonna register and find out who my roomie is" Finn quickly said as he kissed Emily on the cheek and ran to the line.
As Emily called Nina again she saw Nina's mom pull up. "Am I late?!" Nina yelled out of the car "no yelling!" Mom interrupted "only like 20 minutes" Emily said sarcastically. Nina and Emily got in line for registration and waited a little longer for Eli Jere, and belly. "I guess we are roomies!" Emily said as she hugged Nina in excitement "well girls I'm leaving" Nina's mom announced Emily and Nina said their goodbyes and watched her leave. Finn walked back to the girls "So I'm roomies with Hardin" Finn announced "I'm with Nina" Emily said excitedly "of course you are" he said awkwardly laughing.
Jeremiah, Eli and belly pulled up in Jere's jeep along with Luna, Josie and cam driving behind them. The rest of the crew got in line and shared with their roomies were. "I'm with Carine" Luna said as she smiled at her paper "I'm with some guy named Leonardo" cam said confused "Yeah, I got a guy named Stephen" Jeremiah commented "well I got Eli and Belly" Josie said "well this is interesting" Josie commented, trying not to laugh. A few seconds of silence came through before Finn had a realization "speaking of Hardin" Finn said "and Carine" Luna said finishing his sentence "where are they?" Luna and Finn said in sync.
The crew all wondered the same thing where was Carine and Hardin? The crew decided to brush it off and assume they were running late and headed to the dorms. Finn opened his door and saw Hardin and Carine heavily making out "oh! Wow! We were l-looking for you guys" I-I'm gonna tell Luna that you're here" Finn said shocked, covering his eyes with hand. Finn waited for them to get dressed "ok? So get you out" Hardin said annoyed "get out? This is my room dude! Unfortunately I'm paired with you! And I don't wanna see you shoving your throat down your Carine's throat every time I walk in" Finn yelled.
Hardin sighed in annoyance "Why are you complaining?! You do this all the time with Emily!" Hardin yelled back "Yes! But we kiss, cuddle! But we don't have sex on move in day while my roommate walks in you fucking sex addict!" Finn yelled "Jesus Christ" Carine mumbled "alright, I'm going to go" Carine said clearly annoyed with Hardin and Finn's arguments. "Oh and you're paired with Luna" Finn said as he returned to his normal and smiled at her as she left. Finn and Hardin continued arguing "oh that's your bed too" Hardin laughed as he unpacked his stuff.
Finn looked back at the bed that Hardin and Carine were just sitting on "Hell no, I am not sleeping on bed with your dirty sperm" Finn retorted "not my problem" Hardin shrugged. Meanwhile, Carine made her way to her dorm and saw Luna unpacking "Hey, where were you?" Luna questioned as she hugged Carine "uhh, long story? But Finn and Hardin are arguing about it" Carine said nervously as she tried to come up with a good excuse. "I knew it" Luna muttered to herself as both girls started to unpack.
The crew met up at the library a few minutes before classes started to check who had classes with who. "Well the good news, we have most of our classes we everyone here" Luna announced "bad news" Luna said pausing for dramatic affect "I have most of my classes with you!" Finn yelled "aw, it's ok to admit you love being around me" Hardin cooed "shut up" Finn said annoyed. The crew went their separate ways found their classes.
Nina found her class and sat down. She watched as the professor lectured the class and introduced himself. Nina dropped her pen, she grabbed it from the corner of her eye she noticed a guy, sitting in the back listening to the lecture. Nina decided to write "hi" on the inside of her palm, pointing her hand near his eye view. "Ms. Wallis?" The professor interrupted "uhh what? Y-yes? Nina said caught off guard "you're icebreaker? State your name and what you hope to get out of this class" the professor explained once again.
Nina cleared her throat and began to speak "I'm Nina and i hope became a screenwriter" Nina said quietly, completely embarrassed. Suddenly the guy from the back of the room started to speak "Stephen, I want to an editor one day" Stephen said glancing at Nina, smiling. The class went on to the syllabus. The class ended, Nina started to pack up and Stephen walked past her with his palms facing her, "you have a pretty name" written in his palms with marker.
Nina noticed and blushed instantly as walked out of class. The crew finished their first day of classes and decided to meet at this karaoke venue restaurant near campus. "So, how was everybody today?" Luna asked "absolutely exhausting" Finn complain "alright, that might be a little bit of an exaggeration" Luna said laughing "alright! Try being in a class with mr. I know everything" Finn commented "it's not my fault that I know everything" Hardin said he ruffled up Finn's hair "first of all, i couldn't even get a word in secondly, don't touch me" Finn yelled.
Everyone shared how their day went and got their meals. "Oh Jere is your roomie Stephen Glass by any chance? Nina asked
"Yeah, why?" Jere said with food in his mouth. "His just in my creative writing class" Nina said slightly discouraged "somebody got a crush" Jere said singingly "I just kinda embarrassed myself" Nina said disappointed "don't worry! I'll be your wingman after all you did help me get bells" Jeremiah smiled at Nina.
The front door swung open, it was Stephen handing out flyers, he made his way to the crew's table and handed each one of them a flyer to a bonfire frat party. "We are definitely going" Jeremiah exclaimed.
