Dave called Leo and Finn he told them his plan for Luna's party. Since they met up in his dorm room he asked them to not tell anybody about the surprise especially not Luna.
"So remember that idea that Nina had, about becoming a band" Dave said trying not to sound too eager. "Yeah, so let's make band" Finn agreeing with Nina's idea. Finn and Dave look at Leo excitedly, waiting for his response. "Alright, fine!" He snapped over the silence peering pressure.
Dave giggled "Leo, do your DJ stuff" "Finn, bring a shit ton of people even the people we don't like, Stephen!" Leo and Finn never seen Dave so bossy, but they could respect it. "This party is gonna be awesome, already have the cover of her favorite songs, we just need to play" Dave added before leaving out with the boys.
The boys spent the past few days rehearsing.
Dave wanted everything to be perfect. He invited everybody expect Luna help set up the party. Luna becomes suspicious and often found herself wondering "where is Dave?" It was unlike him he loved spending time with him. So she decided to call one of the boys.
"Hey, Finn I was wondering if you seen Dave? We were supposed to hang out today." Luna asked, her voice concerned."Uhh, no i haven't seen him but his been busy" Finn spoke in a clearly uneasy, trying to com up with a believable lie."Busy? With what? Finn..tell me the truth is he cheating?" Luna clearly didn't buy that pathetic lie.
"What! No, No Dave is many things, a cheater ain't no one of them. No offense but your boyfriend is a loser" Finn tried his best to reassure her, but giving away the secret. Luna took a sigh of relief "Ok, thanks a lot tell him to call me" she hung up the phone.
Finn took a huge sigh of relief "you didn't have to say I'm a loser" Dave offended "well, you kind are" Finn spoke in a whisper "anyways, we're wasting valuable time, back to work people!" Dave shouted. Leo and Nina were working on the party banter, Josie and cam were handing out flyers, Carine was doing the music playlist and Emily and Hardin were decorating.
Jere and Eli was managing snacks and drinks. "Well this isn't awkward at all" Jere said in a sarcastic tone "remind me why I'm paired up with him?" Eli called out to Dave. "In order for this party to be totally awesome, you guys need to work for shit out!" Dave yelled "I don't need petty drama to ruin this party" he added.
Meanwhile, Josie and cam were outside handing flyers out on campus and suddenly they spotted Luna the three locked eyes, Luna started walking towards them. "No, No, stay back!" cam yelled at Luna,
panicking. Josie awkwardly chuckled and nudged cam's shoulder "sorry, what he meant to say is...we gotta go" Josie quickly, running off with cam.
The one day party arrived and everyone was finishing the final touches of the party. The location was at the beach, Luna loved the beach. Dave had privately reserved it the party the girls job was to get Luna to the beach in the most unsuspecting way possible. "Luna, you should definitely wear your new dress" Emily suggested "what, why?" She asked "it's looks very pretty on you" Carine commented.
Dave sent a text to the girls, saying that the party was ready. The girls looked down their phones, leaving Luna confused "why did you look at your phones like that" Luna questioned, getting an uneasy feeling. "It's nothing, let's just go" Josie rushed Luna out the door, along with the girls. The girls got in the car on their way to the beach.
When they got near the beach, Nina blindfolded Luna, helping her out of the car and walking her into the beach party. Meanwhile Dave, Finn and Leo were backstage "alright boys, it's fucking showtime!" He said so eagerly "are you sure you're ok?" Finn asked for how hyped he was "he is definitely on a drug" Leo added, chuckling. The boys got on stage and waited to be introduced as their band name.
