Chapter 11. A new journey.

"Sulphyr! A letter from Adoni!" Esper yells out, carrying an envelope. "Really?" They ask as they open the envelope after receiving it from Esper. "Dear Sulphyr, I've figured of a way to get my son out of the mountain. I assure you that he will be of use to you all when he recovers." The letter reads. "That's great!" Esper exclaims. "Yeah." They respond.

A knock comes from the door, Shisui walks through the door. "You, Nulial, Esper, and Yuyuzura are needed for a mission." He explains. "I'll call him over right away!" Esper yells out, in fifteen minutes Nulial and Yuyuzura arrive. "What's this mission about?" He asks. "You four are being sent on a mission to the nation of water." Shisui explains. "Isn't that dangerous?" Yuyuzura asks. "We would've sent Kuichi with you all because of his illusion magic but, you know." Shisui explains. "Ah, what's the meaning behind this mission though?" Sulphyr asks. "It's meaning is for you all to infiltrate the land and relay a message to us to see if they're planning another attack." Shisui explains. "Got it, well get to it." Esper tells him, with that Shisui departs and the group prepare to depart as well.

On the Damiani mountain range things are looking awfully and surprisingly grim. "Damiani!" Adoni yells out, staring at the floating Damiani. "I'm not your son, think of me as a corrupt version of him!" 'Damiani' responds. "Damn, so Lucilles magic does corrupt anything, I'll have to pull him out of it." Adoni mumbles to himself, conjuring two blades of earth magic. "Oh-ho-ho! Picking a fight are we?" It asks as it summons a sword. "Well be it." It yells out, charging towards Adoni.

The two's blades clash together, even with godly weapons Adoni can barely stand a chance against his son. "That all you got?!" It yells out, creating a ball of dark magic, the moment it hits Adoni it casts a curse on his that'll slowly cause corruption in his body that'll kill him completely. "You have a few days untill it kills you! I'll make sure to stall you out for as long as I need to!" It yells as it conjures one of the legendary weapons 'Sun-Breaker.'

"Sulphyr, are you sure this is safe?" Esper asks them. "It should be." They respond, the groups horses stop at the shoreline. "We need a boat." Nulial tells them. "No shit!" Yuyuzura yells out. "I have wind magic, couldn't I just make a wind current strong enough to carry us to the island?" Sulphyr asks the group. "I think that finding a boat would be better." Esper responds. "Why not ask your brother Sulphyr?" Nulial asks. "I guess." They respond.

Luckily Juno teleports them to the island, from the sky. "So why are we high in the sky and why are we falling?!" Nulial yells. "You'll get used to it, hold on tight." Sulphyr responds, they use wind magic so they get on the ground safely. "I'm never getting used to th- BLEGH!" Nulial yells before throwing up, Esper pats him on the back. "We're here anyway aren't we?" Sulphyr asks. "Let's get this mission done with, I have a bad feeling about this place." Yuyuzura tells them.

The group traveled into the city, it was filled to the brim. They made sure not to bring too much attention to themselves. "It's so crowded." Sulphyr mumbles to Esper. "I know." He responds, they had reached a clearing, unfortunately for them. Vanura the god of ocean was discussing important matters. "The nation of storms will be of no more! When we invade with lady Lucille and Admani!" He yells. "Sulphyr, don't try anything." Nulial tells them. "Calm yourself." Esper tells them. "Fine." Sulphyr mumbles back at them, gritting their teeth they prepare to relay a message.

"I know Sulphyr Cora is in the audience right now and I know they would fight me for the words I'll day but I remind you! They're not the captain for their nation!" Vanura taunts. "Sulphyr no!-" Yuyuzura yells, but to no avail Sulphyr exits the crowd and summons their blade as they approach Vanura. "So eager to get murdered eh?" Vanura asks. "You're a fucking idiot you know that? Create the barrier!" Vanura yells, suddenly a giant dome surrounds the nation of water. "God damn it Sulphyr!" Esper yells. "Cancel the barrier." Sulphyr threats. "Why should I?" He asks.

Back in the nation of storms. "We've lost connection! A barriers been placed in the nation of water completely ridding the chanc of communication!" Mej exclaims. "This isn't good." Shisui mumbles. "They've planned this out. Adoni is engaged in battle. He's in trouble! Four of our strongest knights are trapped in the nation of water." Mej yells out, panicking.

"Adoni! Where are you?!" 'Damiani' yells. "This isn't good." Adoni thinks to himself peaking out from behind a rock and almost getting his face impaled with sun-breaker. "Well shit." He mumbles. "Found ya!" It yells out grabbing Adoni, it drags him around before slamming him into the floor and stabbing it's sword into Adonis shoulder. Adoni quickly springs up and kicks it. "Shit... I better deal with this fast..." Adoni mumbles arming himself with armor of earth magic and two spikes.

"Watch all your friends die Sulphyr Cora! The games only begun! This isn't some kindergarten it's war!" Vanura yells, dropping down from his platform with his blade of water. "If you don't kill then you'll be killed got it! So why not start now?!" He yells out running towards Sulphyr. "Transmission!" Esper yells out, his sickle passes by vanura. A line is created between the distance of Esper and his sickle. Suddenly it coils back around and wraps around Vanura. "Thunder-struck." Suddenly the sickle gets infused with thunder shocking Vanura at Espers command. "Pure love!" Yuyuzura yells out, she imbues her fist with her magic and dashes towards Vanura, Nulial follows suit with his daggers. "Soul whisper." Sulphyr mumbles, creating a dragon head from their hand that attacks the core directly. "Fools. All of you!" Vanura yells, laughing maniacally.

"Let the slaughter begin!"
