Here's your warning for SA and abuse

Tim Bradford

It's been over an hour since Maya left, I have no idea where she is. I sat on our bed, my anxiety was beginning to eat me alive.

I tried calling her.

One beep.

Two beep.

Three beep.

The phone rang until it hit voice mail.

"Hey this is Maya! I'm either currently busy or I'm sleeping, feel free to leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as possible." Her stunning voice sang from the phone.

I hope to god she's safe.

Another hour passed and she still hasn't shown back up. I've tried calling her over and over, but it never went through.

I began throwing things, anything I could get my hands on. I grabbed a vase, one that had fresh flowers in it. I slammed it on the ground watching the water, flowers and glass fly everywhere.

I need her back here, I need to make sure she is safe.

I continued my rampage until I could no longer stand, I sat on the floor with a disaster around me.

I called grey, begging him to help me find Maya.

He said he'd meet me at my house, but I knew what he was going to think once he saw how broken everything was, including me.

I asked him to meet up somewhere else but he completely refused.

He was here in ten minutes, I opened the door and he pushed his way through. His eyes scanned all of the broken glass and thrown items all over the house.

"What happened Tim?" His eyes softened, but his voice stayed firm.

"Maya said she was gonna go out and that she'd be right back. It's been almost three hours since she left, she isn't answering her phone." My voice shakes as the walls around me close in.

Me and Grey tracked down Maya's car. It was in an empty parking lot at a café.

We searched around the perimeter, only spotting Maya's keys lying by the side of the car.

My world spun around me, rage and sadness boiled in my veins like a disease.

I fell to the floor, the concrete sending a wave of pain up my tailbone. I couldn't even care about that right now. Aaron Hugo's will pay for this.

*narrative perspective*

It's been a week since Maya has gone missing. Tim has barely slept or eaten the entire time she's been gone.

Tim sits behind a desk in the LAPD office, searching for any signs of where Maya might be.

Her scent no longer fills his nose, There's no more of her giggly voice spreading happiness around everyone.

He was hurt and scared of what might happen to her, but that should be the least of his worries.

She was trapped in an abandoned building, the walls were concrete and the air was hazy.

Her body was black and blue, with visible whip marks all over her back. The clothes she had once been wearing were completely ripped off her body, leaving her in nothing but her bra and panties.

She was scared, but she also knew this was the price she had to pay to keep everyone she loves safe.

Different men kept coming in and out of her room, taking their time on her in the wickedest of ways known possible.

Maya was alone, she no longer has the man she loves the most here to comfort her.

Aaron walks into her 'room' she knew what this meant, she scooted herself as far into the corner as she could but it was still no help. His hands were all over her body, leaving a disgusting feeling behind.

After he had gotten done and left, she got up and puked. She was now a shell of the person she was once before.

No one knows this, but Aaron has still been watching. He's just no longer threatening them all. He's waiting for them to come looking for his precious Mon Chéri.

His main focus was on Tim Bradford. He knew that Tim had a relationship with Maya and he could not stand it. Aaron's blood would burn every time he had saw Maya and Tim together because Tim had something he didn't.

The one thing he's wanted to most.

Maya Jackson.

The room was freezing, my bare body struggled to keep warm.

I was trembling with fear as I heard footsteps coming down the hall, I knew nothing I tried to say would convince them to not harm me.

The door creaked open, the light from the hallway filling my dark room.

It was blinding, I covered my eyes quickly.
Footsteps approached closer, the sound of the light switch being turned on.

I slowly opened my eyes and saw Aaron standing in front of me.

"Awe Mon Chéri what's wrong?" His voice was filled with sarcasm as he walked closer to me.

"Aaron please. I'm tired, please let me rest." My voice was barely above a whisper, making it hard for even me to hear.

"But that's no fun. Come on, let's have some fun. We both know how much you enjoy screaming my name." His twisted voice brought fear into my body.

I tried pushing myself further back, but the cold concrete held my body in place. The wall behind me kept me from disappearing from this horrible nightmare.

You made this choice Maya, you will live in  it now.

My thoughts screamed at me, even though I knew they were right in continued to believe I'd make it out of this.

Aaron's rough hand found my hair, he jerked on is harshly. My body jolted forward in pain, but I knew not to disobey him.

"Come here Darling." He growled.

I did as he said, I crawled with him as he drug me to the middle of the room.

My knees were turning a darker shade of red as they uncomfortably got shoved against the cold concrete flooring.

His hand pulled the hair on the back of my head roughly, making me look up at him.
Tears brimmed my eyes as I tried to relieve the pain from my scalp.

One hand was tangled in my hair as the other struggled to get his belt buckle off.

I knew what was coming.
