Ch. 31 ~ A Common Denominator

After three years, a lot of things happened. Pierre was able to launch another branch of his restaurant. After completing his time in college, Ghalib started to work at LG Corp. as an executive assistant. In his last year at college, Fynn began applying to work as an intern at a well-known TV station. Presley and Galadriel try to spend as much time as possible with their children and simply support their partner's businesses. Mrs. Maria, Lucia, and their spouses are taking their time to spend together in the meantime.

JG enrolled in school. Galadriel, make sure that he will have a personal bodyguard he can rely on while he's not around. The house gets brighter because of twins. Bringing happiness every time they saw them running back and forth and heard them giggling.

"Love, the twins are growing up quickly. Both are beautiful and charming"

While they were preparing to sleep, Jade spooned him. Galadriel accepted his hands
and tucked them around his waist. He sniffs
his hair. Even after so many years of being together, Galadriel still has the feeling of
the butterfly in his stomach.

"Yeah and JG is now in his middle school. Time pass quickly"

"Gal, can we do a vacation first? I mean just the two of us."

Galadriel moves a bit to face him.

"How about the kids?"

"Our mom already offered to look for the kids, and besides, Pierre and Ghalib are here to look after them. I badly need the time of my Galadriel."

"Ohhh, how badly is it, Mr. O'Faolin?"

As he closely linked his fingers with his hands, Jade nipped his ears and spoke to him in a sensual tone.

"I'm dying inside"

With a lovely laugh, Galadriel pinches his nose. He smiled and gave him a quick smooch.

"Okay! booked a flight now"

"Dad, what's your plan now?"

"Aldrich, you know we can't just jump and do something stupid again. We need to find something.. something like an example, we need to know JG's weakness first. As long as we can't control JG, we can't fight against them."

Aldrich was frustrated thinking he had to let go of his right to Fynn. On top of using him to access JG, he wanted Fynn to recognize him as his father as well.

"Only if I had Fynn with me. I can surely get information from him."

"And why you missed to check if Bitch didn't leave any evidence? You almost went to jail. You should be grateful that it happened 20 years ago and that they can no longer just file a case to you"

"Who would have suspected she would go through a physical examination? soon after she stopped attending school and I found out that she had died. I never thought she would become pregnant. I only found out about it after looking into Presley because of his last name. Then I investigate him."

"I wonder if we could ever ask something to Luna too."

"Dad your joking right?"

He laughed.

"No I'm not"

"Huh?"

"May I excuse myself, Mr. Alexander? Someone wanted to speak to you."

"Who?"

"Hi"

Keiran gave them a menacing grin.

"Where are you Fynn?"

"turned around."

Looking around, Ghalib saw Fynn standing at the TV station's main entrance. He walked in closer, picked up his bag, and pecked on his cheeks.

"Hey stopped! what are you doing?"

"Why? we're dating."

"But it's still a secret"

"Ohhh please Fynn when are we going to tell them about us?"

"I'm not sure If Presley would approve but you know in the first place that our relationship is complicated"

"Nothing is wrong with our relationship. I'm pretty sure they would understand us"

"Please give me some time"

"Oh, okay... I'm sorry for pushing you Fynn."

"It's alright, I get it. I'm sorry too that I have to keep our relationship from them."

Ghalib smiled at him. Letting him know he genuinely understands him.

"So let's go?"

Fynn smiles and accepts Ghalib's sweet gesture. They hold each other's hand while walking to Ghalib's car. At least they can occasionally be modestly romantic in public.

~JG's School~

"Hey weirdo"

JG looked around and noticed a group of students whom he felt were bullies. He avoided them and headed to where the driver and his bodyguard were waiting for him.

"Be careful; he can throw you up in the air."

"I don't care., he's weirdo"

JG wants to act like deaf and chooses to let it go. This is not the first time he has faced criticism from the other students. He's trying to distance himself from other kids so that he won't get into troubles and can keep attending school.

"Ohhh JG you're here"

The driver as well as his bodyguard help him with his things and he entered the car quickly.

"Yes, Mr. Brannon. What is your agenda?"

"I have the same goal as you: the fall down of the O'Faolin family."

Alexander and Aldrich smiled at each other.

"So what do you want from us?"

"I wanted you to help me get revenge
on Pierre, and I'll help you with LG corp."

"Sounds interesting. I'm on it, Mr. Brannon."
