WHEN SHE WOKE UP, THE SUN WAS TOO bright to keep her eyes open, so she had to flicker her eyes shut again until she regained vision. Kate grunted, using her elbows for support when standing off the ground; for a moment she thought she came here alone, but when she turned her head she spotted Logan standing on top of Wade ready to kill him.
"Don't just stand there, you ape," she heard Wade say with a grunts, "give me a hand up," instead of giving a hand, Logan formed his hands into fists and his Wolverine claws flew out. Wade's eyes widened, unable to move back in fear, "No. I'm good, actually —"
Logan stuffed his claws into Wade's waist and Kate just stood there with an eye roll, gazing at her wrist like it was a watch. Then, Logan lifted Wade up and gave him the claws, "where the hell are we?"
"I don't know! Looks kind of MadMax-y," Wade replied with a head tilt, "But that would be IP infringement, right?"
"Fucking jokes,"
Once again, Logan used his claws to stab Wade and threw him to the ground. Then, Kate walked over, pressing a button on her widow's bite, "mind if I join you? He calls me angsty asshole one more time and the Widow's bite won't be the worst of it," the widow's bite glowed a bright red and then zapped Wade with electricity, causing him to jitter in the ground.
Wade groaned in pain as he stood up, "were you two even listening back there? If we don't make it back to that Mr. Paradox asshole everyone I know is gonna die."
"Not our fucking problem,"
As Logan and Kate walked away, Wade trailed behind them, "that all you got? Is that what you two said when your worlds went to shit?!"
The two stopped on their tracks and Logan turned to face Wade with an angry look on his features, "come again?"
"Ah , I heard all about you two," Wade said waving a hand at them. "Screwed up everything, you two should be thanking me for pulling you out of that bed you two shit in."
Logan stabbed Wade with his claws again with a grunt, "you backstabbing son of a bitch," he lifted Wade in the air and Wade flipped over him, with Logan landing on Wade's stomaching. Wade pulled out his glocks and started firing multiple shots at Logan, "are you read to be calm now?" He glanced up at Kate, "What about you, Sokolov?"
