"I can't believe you want me do this, Dad!" Aurelia exclaimed as soon as her father broke the news that he wanted to see Tony Stark before he died and he was sending Aurelia to go fetch the man.
"Come on, Rory, work with me here."
"No, I let him in and he broke my heart, why would I go see him?"
Aurelia Katz had moved to the United Kingdom ten years ago after her ex fiancé broke her heart, her ex fiancé just so happened to be Tony Stark, the genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, who she was engaged to before he broke her heart.
"Maybe to tell him he has a daughter?"
Aurelia sighed, her father always bought Mandy up into arguments about Tony the first time was when she discovered she was pregnant and she didn't want to tell him so she didn't, she was only 25 when her daughter was born, Henry tried to convince Aurelia to tell Tony but Nataliya and Anastasia sided with Aurelia, it was her choice and she chose not too.
Amanda Maria Katz, that's the name Aurelia gave her, everyone giving her the nickname of 'Mandy', Mandy just so happened to be in the room and winced, she hated being mentioned in the arguments about her father.
Mandy knew that Tony Stark was her father, her mother had told her on her fifth birthday because that was the day they figured out Mandy was a genius like her father and mother, Mandy also knew that her mother didn't exactly want to tell anyone that her father was Tony Stark.
"We could go see auntie Nat," Mandy spoke up softly, Nataliya Katz, Aurelia's younger half sister who was twenty five moved back to America when she and her friend, Katy James turned twenty, Katy moved with her and now they were living in America, sharing an apartment with Scarlett Rhodes, who was Rhodey's little sister.
Henry and Aurelia turned and looked at Mandy, her mother smiled softly and hugged her daughter. "Fine, I'll get him to come here, say his goodbyes and then he can leave." Aurelia said coldly.
"One more thing, Rory, stay in America, please," Aurelia stared at her father like he was crazy, so he explained. "You've no family here now, you're family's in America, I want you to stay with your family."
"Fine, so long as I never have to see or-"
"I promise, once this is done, you'll never have to see or speak to him again."
Aurelia hugged her father, it was cancer, stage 4, Henry had refused treatment, Anastasia had died five years ago, car crash, and Aurelia's biological mother had died in child birth in 1973 when Aurelia was born, he wanted to be with his wives, reunited with both of them, that's why he refused treatment.
"Right, Mandy, pack your suitcase, get your passport, bring everything you wanna keep, we're moving to America." said Aurelia turning towards her daughter, who grinned, she was finally meeting her father, not that she'd actually want to tell him that she was his daughter.
