The soft glow of the hallway lamp cast long shadows as Leah Sava Jeffries fidgeted, her phone a cold comfort in her hand. The nervous flutter in her stomach intensified as she waited for Dior Goodjohn to answer the door. This wasn't just any visit. It was a conversation she'd been dreading - and craving - all day.

The Vancouver night was pleasantly cool, a welcome respite from the long filming hours. Today, despite the usual laughter and excitement on set, a nagging worry had followed Leah like a shadow. It had distracted her, making it hard to fully immerse herself in the joy of the work.

It came as no shock to her when she found herself standing at Dior's doorstep. After all, Dior was the only person she felt comfortable confiding in about this situation, and the reason for that was quite clear.

Abruptly, the door swung open, interrupting Leah's contemplation.

Standing there was Dior, her brown curls flowing down her back and framing her face, dressed in a cozy oversized hoodie.

"Hey, Leah," Dior greeted her with a warm smile, her voice soft and inviting.

Leah returned the smile, but it was more a response to Dior's kindness than a reflection of her true feelings.

"Can I talk to you... about something?" Leah inquired, curiosity lacing her tone.

"Of course," Dior replied, her expression reflecting a mix of confusion and intrigue as she stepped aside, welcoming Leah into her space.

The apartment was both spacious and inviting, a cozy haven shared by Dior and her mother. Leah was aware that tonight was one of those evenings when the adult figures had all stepped out-moms were out for the night, while Walker, Charlie, Aryan, and Daniel had ventured off for their "bros' night."

Leah settled onto the couch, prompting Dior to join her, the two of them now facing one another, creating a small but intimate bubble of conversation.

"What's wrong?" Dior asked, her voice laced with curiosity.

"Um..." Leah hesitated, searching for the right words. "It's about me and Walker."

Dior nodded in understanding.

Both Leah and Dior had recently started dating their co-stars, Walker Scobell and Charlie Bushnell. The experience had been delightful, especially when their boyfriends organized double dates for the four of them or planned relaxing days just for the girls. Yet, even amid the fun, some uncertainties lingered in Leah's mind.

"I just... I feel like I'm not good enough for Walker," Leah confessed.

Dior's eyes widened in surprise. "What? Why would you think that?" she asked, her tone incredulous.

Leah glanced upward, tears welling in her eyes. "There are just so many other girls out there. I don't want to hold him back from anything."

"He's 15, Didi. Girls are always all over him. Some of them are kind of strange, to be honest. But honestly, I wouldn't be shocked if he thinks at least one of them is cute." Leah said, a tear trailing down her cheek.
