Suga's POV

We all sat down at the dinner table and I couldn't help but notice the sparks between Y/N and Tae as they smiled at each other, holding hands. It was a small gesture they did daily, but something about it felt different—Tae had been unusually calm and content lately, unlike his usual clingy, goofy self around her.

As we settled in, ready to eat, her phone rang, breaking the peaceful moment. Tae pouted as Y/N stood up to answer the call.

Tae looked back at me when he felt my eyes on him, lifting his eyebrows in a questioning manner. I was about to say something when Y/N hurried into the room, her expression tense as she spoke into her phone, a deep scowl on her face.

"Meet me at the Jungle Lounge. I'll be there in 15 minutes" she said into the phone. Tae and Jimin immediately stood up, concern etched on their faces.

"I need to go get Alec. Father just called me, saying they made him drink again" Y/N explained, gathering her things quickly.

"I'll go with you" Tae offered and I found myself standing up as well, ready to join them. But she firmly said, "No" causing all of us to freeze in surprise.

"What?" I asked, my voice betraying my confusion.

"Sunshine, it's late. You can't go out alone" Hobi added, I could see the others nodding in agreement.

She hurriedly explained, "Oppa, Jerry is meeting me there and I'm sure Alec's assistant is there too." She glanced at her phone but then looked up, seeing the worry in our faces.

Letting out a small smile, she said calmly, "I would love for you guys to come with me, but Jungle Lounge is a very famous place for idols. There will be a lot of press and Father asked me to help Alec with the investors."

Knowing someone she knew would be there was a relief, but I still didn't like it. However, Y/N is a businesswoman and this is part of her job.

So, I sat back down, saying, "Be safe and call us if you need anything" earning a few confused looks from the others, but Y/N gave me a grateful smile before hurrying out as her phone rang again.

"Hyung, why did you let her leave?" Jungkook whined.

I rubbed my face, trying to mask my concern. "She's a grown woman. We can't tell her where to go" I said, shrugging my shoulders.

Jin nodded in agreement. "They have their own world that we don't understand, Kook-ah. They're chaebols and we don't know anything about the business world."

"I still don't like it, hyung" Jimin said and Tae nodded, concern still evident in his eyes.

Namjoon chimed in, trying to reassure them, "Guys, we all have our own responsibilities. One of ours is to lay low right now. Being see with her with in a public place isn't the smartest move. She'll be fine."

After dinner, we all cleaned up and decided to head back to the dorms to relax, knowing our break was almost over and we'd have to return to our schedules tomorrow. But as we were about to leave, the door opened and two figures walked in—one supporting the other.

Jimin quickly ran to help poor Jerry, who was struggling to support a clearly drunk Alec. "Hello, sorry to barge in like this, but the boss asked me to bring him here" Jerry said, his voice strained.

They led Alec to the couch and Jungkook rushed to get some water while I headed to the bathroom to grab a bucket, just in case.

"What happened? Where's Y/N?" Namjoon asked, his voice tinged with concern.
