The next morning, Yunjin woke up first. Like always, she stared at the girl cuddled into her side and found it cute that Anna made her way back to cuddling Yunjin. She couldn't resist doing what she wanted to do before, she tucked Anna's hair behind her shoulder, but had to stop herself there. Again, she only watched, desiring to someday achieve the other things she wanted to do. Touch her chin and lips, kiss every part of her.

She felt Anna's heartbeat, steady and relaxed. Her diaphragm expanded with every breath she took. These are things everyone does, but is it so much more meaningful to Yunjin when she does it. Because to Yunjin, Anna's life has meaning.

Naturally Anna woke up when she felt Yunjin caress her hair, and as soon as she opened her eyes, they were met with Yunjin's dark brown ones. Finally, Yunjin got to study eyes up close. Like some people with blue eyes have brown splotches, Anna has gray splotches in her hazel ones.

"I've never seen eyes like yours before." Yunjin spoke.

"An accident with chemicals when I was little turned some parts gray. I hate my eyes, they creep me out. The shape, the color."

"Don't hate them, it's one of the most beautiful things I've seen." Yunjin couldn't control herself, she tucked Anna's hair behind her shoulder again, just to feel it. She'll admit she's obsessed.

She wondered why Anna was letting herself be so close to her. Was it something more than platonic? Probably not, she's straight, Yunjin assumes. That and Yeji told her so.

It seems like Anna finally came to her senses and sat up, away from Yunjin. She checked her busy phone and responded to all the messages except for the ones from Heeseung and voiced her ideas to Yunjin.

"I'm gonna get Sonic towed, and I'm gonna have to tell my parents... great they're gonna have a mental breakdown."

"Sonic? You named your car?" Yunjin smiled, earning a shy smile from the other.

"Maybe. She's fast and zoomy. So Sonic."

Yunjin must be in love with how cute she is. In her own little world all the time. She left Anna to make the calls in her room and made breakfast downstairs, not knowing if Anna had any dietary restrictions. She's an athlete, so the breakfast should be healthy with plenty of protein.

Anna came down eventually, looking stressed, borderline distressed. Her eyes were glued to her phone and she typed furiously. For a house she hadn't been in before, she was able to blindly walk into the kitchen confidently, sensing Yunjin's presence and heading that way.

"I made breakfast if you want any." Yunjin pitched, standing at the sink putting dishes in the water-filled sink to soak as they ate.

"Thank you. I'm starving." Anna mumbled before completely running into Yunjin, her phone falling into the sink water, and her nearly falling to the floor. Yunjin caught her, and it could have been a moment had Anna not gasped and immediately grabbed her phone out of the sink water. "Shoot, no, no, no..." She cursed at the now black screen.

The sink water was not at all clean, it had chunks of food and soap in it. Anna's phone may be done for, but that didn't stop her from immediately drying it off and asking for a bowl of rice from Yunjin, which she got.

"I'm sorry, I feel like I'm ruining your life." Anna sat at the island, her head in her arms as she sighed.

"You're not, don't worry."

"Don't lie."

"I'm not, I had no plans this weekend, so if you need me to drive you anywhere, just say the word."

"Thank you. I told my parents and got the car towed. Now they want me to stay at either Yeji or Eunchae's house to be safe, but they're both out of town for the weekend."
