AFTER 1 YEAR, RISHI AND KANIKA HAVE SHIFTED TO THEIR OWN HOUSE IN DELHI

Rishi is out of station he is in Florida for an important meeting. Kanika is in a mall shopping with Kabir. she is buying a gift for Ahilya and Ajay's wedding anniversary next weekend. As they are shopping Kabir passes her something and says "Let's Buy this Bhabhi"

Kanika's eyes widened as she took in the tiny onesie Kabir held up, its cheerful yellow fabric emblazoned with the cheeky phrase "Chachu ka Chamcha" in vibrant blue letters. A warm flush crept up her cheeks as she gently ran her fingers over the soft cotton.

"Oh Kabir," she laughed, a mixture of embarrassment and delight coloring her voice. "Don't you think it's a bit premature? "

But Kabir's infectious grin and playful wink cut her off. "Come on, Bhabhi! It's never too early to plan ahead. Besides, I can't wait to spoil my future niece or nephew rotten."

As they stood there in the bustling billing counter to pay Kanika feels very weak and feels like her vision is blurring she takes support of Kabir's hand and suddenly her Vision turns black and she faints. Kabir panicks and emmidetly calls the hospital and takes her to the doctor.

The world spun back into focus as Kanika slowly opened her eyes, the harsh fluorescent lights of the hospital room momentarily blinding her. She blinked, trying to piece together what had happened. The last thing she remembered was standing in the mall with Kabir, that adorable onesie in her hands...

"Bhabhi! Thank goodness you're awake," Kabir's worried voice cut through her confusion. He was sitting beside her bed, his usually cheerful face creased with concern.

"What... what happened?" Kanika asked, her voice raspy.

"You fainted at the mall. The doctor said it was probably due to low blood sugar, but..." Kabir trailed off, a mischievous glint returning to his eyes. "They ran some tests, just to be sure."

Before Kanika could respond, the door opened and a doctor walked in, clipboard in hand, a warm smile on her face. "Mrs. Kanika, how are you feeling now?"

"Much better, thank you," Kanika replied, still feeling a bit disoriented. "Just a little tired."

The doctor nodded, glancing at her chart. "That's to be expected. Mrs. Kanika, I have some news for you." She paused, her smile widening. "Congratulations! You're pregnant."

Kanika's heart seemed to stop for a moment, then started racing. "I'm... what?"

"About six weeks along, by our estimates," the doctor continued. "Your fainting spell was likely due to a combination of low blood sugar and the early stages of pregnancy. It's quite common."

Kabir let out a whoop of joy, nearly jumping out of his chair. "I knew it! Oh,

Kanika's mind reeled, a whirlwind of emotions washing over her. Joy, excitement, fear, and disbelief all mingled together as she tried to process the news. Her hand instinctively moved to her still-flat stomach.

"I... I can't believe it," she whispered, tears welling up in her eyes. "Rishi and I have been hoping for this, but..."

"But now it's real!" Kabir finished for her, his enthusiasm infectious. "Oh, Bhabhi, this is amazing! Wait until Bhaiya finds out!"

Suddenly, Kanika's eyes widened in panic. "Rishi! Oh no, he's still in Florida. How am I going to tell him?"

Kabir, sensing Kanika's rising anxiety, patted her hand reassuringly. "Don't worry, Bhabhi I know Bhai will be over the moon"

Kanika intrupts as he is about to call Rishi "Wait don't call him I want it to be a surprise and you better not open your mouth in front of anyone and go off blabbering until I tell this to Kabir"
