Chapter 1: The Bus

Mabel has been counting down the days til it was summer again. She doesn't know anyone who likes school. Well, maybe Dipper.
As the bus rolls in Mabel spots Grunkle Stan, Ford, Wendy, and Soos. Mabel turns to Dipper who is sitting next to her reading a book. The book is a thick manga book with a pink sticky note peaking out from the top with a heart on it. "Dipper! We're here!"
Dipper looks up. "Hm?"
Mabel grabs him by the arm and drags him to the front. Luckily Dipper grabbed his messenger bag beforehand. The bus driver opens the door and they step out.

Stan POV

    Me and Ford have been traveling over the seven seas. Or maybe just one sea. I kinda threw the map into the water. Anyways! We somehow found our way back to Oregon for the summer.
The bus pulls up to the stop. The doors open and Mabel runs out dragging Dipper behind her. I know it's something annoying relatives say. But they look different. Mabel is wearing a neon pink crop top with jean shorts. She has her hair up in pigtails and she has blonde highlights. If you're thinkin that's not that different, you should see Dipper. He has his hair pulled back with one of those headband comb thingy. Uh... y'know what I mean. He's wearing a sweat jacket that is clearly too big for him. Still the cargo shorts though. Oh wait did I mention HIS HAIR IS NEON BLUE.
Ford speaks up. "Hey Kiddos..."
Mabel hugs him. "Hiiiiiiii!!!"
Dipper is reading some book. Strangely it doesn't look like a book he would ever read. Mabel turns to him. "Dipper put that down!"
He points to the pages. "But I'm almost done."
Mabel quickly snaps back. "No."
Dipper sighs and shoves the book in his messenger bag. Mabel pushes him forward. "Sorry guys! Dipper is just being the most antisocial person on the planet."
This isn't like them...
Dipper shoves Mabel. "Says you! You can't even get the hint when a boy doesn't like you."
Mabel gasps. "How dare you!"
Wendy steps between them. "Woah you two. What's this all about?"
Dipper and Mabel glare at each other. Dipper points to Mabel. "Mabel, won't accept the truth."
Mabel points at Dipper. "And Dipper, is crazy!"
Their eyes shoot daggers at each other. This is gonna be a long summer.
