Chapter 3: Abracadabra Boy

Cure_Abracadabra: Hey! Just wanted to see if you died of something.

Quantum_Alcor : Awwwww how sweet <3

Cure_Abracadabra: So is everything going well? I know you get worked up talking about summer.

Quantum_Alcor: Everything is fine. Me and Mabel made up.

Cure_Abracadabra: That's awesome! Does that mean she's stopped hating my guts?

Quantum_Alcor: She doesn't hate your guts...

Cure_Abracadabra: Okay sure. She's always staring at me weirdly.

Quantum_Alcor: She likes you really!

Cure_Abracadabra: Sure...

Quantum_Alcor: Talk to you later?

Cure_Abracadabra: Yeah sure. Bye! <3

Dipper puts his phone away in his pocket. Ford turns around to see Dipper in the backseat. "Who were you texting?"
Grunkle Stan laughs. "It was probably a girl by the way he was smiling." Dipper's face flushes with pink. Grunkle Stan smirks. "So who's the lucky girl?"
Dipper pulls his blue hair in front of his face. Mabel rolls her eyes. "Uh... no one..."
Stan sarcastically responds. "Sure~"

— The Pines were heading to a campsite near the edge of gravity falls. Ford picked up a strange reading from there. So they are gonna check it out and have fun! (Or not) —

Stan pulls into the parking lot near the campsite. Mabel pushes open the door and hops out. Dipper gets out the other side. Ford grabs a couple tents and a duffel. Stan, Mabel, and Dipper all grab their duffels and close the trunk. As they are walking to the campground Mabel trips on a root. Her face hits the ground right next to a pair of purple boots.
"P- Pacifica! What are you doing here!?"
Pacifica helps Mabel up. "My dad was at a business meeting and someone offended his fragile masculinity so he is forcing me to go camping with him."
Mabel blinks confused. "K..." The others are already walking ahead. "Oh! Uh I'll catch you later. Bye!"
She runs off accidentally getting dirt on Pacifica's pants. "Dammit..."
Mabel grabs Dipper by the shoulder and pulls him back. "Dip! Pacifica is here!"
He blinks. "And what do you want me to do about that?"
She rolls her eyes. "Do you know what that means? I could get outed and we don't know Grunkle Stan and Ford's feelings on LGBTQ matters."
It snaps into Dipper's brain. "Ok, I think we could avoid all that as long as nothing's else unexpected happens. It really can't get-"
A blonde boy runs up and hugs Dipper from behind. The boy covers Dipper's eyes. "Guess who~"
Dipper breaks away and turns around. "Parker?!"
Parker grabs his hand. "Correct!"
Dipper just stands there mouth agape. "W- what are you doing here?!"
He rubs the back of his short hair. "My family is on a cross country road trip and we're stopping here for a bit."
Mabel glares at Parker. He shivers. Dipper steps on Mabel's foot. "OW!"
Dipper laughs un suspiciously. "Hehehe we need to go catch up with our Grunkles. See you around bye!"
He grabs Mabel by the arm and drags her away. Parker almost goes after them when his little sister Michaela grabs his legs. The tiny blonde child tackles Parker to the ground. "What did you do to my teddy bear!"
Parker feigns innocence. "I didn't even touch it!"
Micheala holds up the teddy bear in his face. The teddy bear has glued on fake lashes. "MR. BERNSTEIN HAS EYE LASHES! Bears do not have EYE LASHES!"
Parker smiles. "Mr. Bernstein can do anything he wants to."

A scream is let out across the campsite. "MABELLLLLLLLLL! PUT THAT DOWN!"
Mabel holds a journal above Dipper's head just out of his reach. Mabel opens it dodging Dipper's futile attempts of getting it back. "Dear journal, I know this isn't what I usually write but... I got a date!"
Diper's eyes widen as he slams his hand over Mabel's face. "Mabel you fool!"
Grunkle Stan and Ford turn towards them. Stan raises an eyebrow, "You have a date! Who's the unfortunate girl?"
Mabel starts sweating as Dipper tries to come up with an answer. "It was nobody. A few kids at school played a prank on me."
Dipper smiles nervously. Stan and Ford stares at him. Ford adjusts his jacket. "Okay..."
