*Brooklyn*

"Hurry up Brooklyn I am freezing!" Kylie shouted outside the bathroom door.

"Geez I'm out calm down." Kylie quickly pushed past me and made her way Into the bathroom.

"Food should be here any minute," Michelle told me.

"What did y'all decided on?"

"Chinese, you can't come to New York and not eat Chinese take out." She explained as if it was the simplest of answers

"Ah!"

We quickly ran to Bethany's side, and examine her for any thing out of the ordinary. She was laying on her stomach over a towel on the bed in her pink swimsuit, with her phone in hand.

"What the hell?" Michelle demand.

"They are in New York!" Giving us a look that made me feel like I was missing something.

"Who?" I asked still confused.

"One Direction! Well more importantly Niall just landed in JFK." She explained before holding up her phone. On her screen there was a picture of a muscular lean blonde with black sunglasses on walking away from a crowed of people. "Look at him, he looks so perfect."

"Seriously child? You scream bloody murder all because some guy you don't know is in the same town." Michelle threw her hands up before heading back to the living area.

"First off I am not a child, and second he will know who I am tomorrow after the meet and greet so ha!" Bethany yelled after her.

I shook my head a chuckled lightly, at the two sisters and made my way to the ringing hotel phone.

"Look what you did someone probably complained that we were trying to kill sombody in here," Michelle yelled at Bethany.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Good Evening Miss.Taylor, this is the front desk. We have a delivery man down here, did you order any food?"

"Yes! I will be right down thank you," I quickly hung up before heading to my purse to grab cash. "Food is here, I'm gonna go down and get it. Can I trust y'all not to kill each other?" I laughed.

"If I haven't killed her these past 14 years I think you are safe. Want me to go with you?" Michelle joked.

"No I'm good, I'll be right back."

I left the room and walked to the elevators, when it opened it was completely empty much to my liking. I turned to face the giant mirror, and examined the girl looking at me.

The girl was short only standing at five foot four inches tall, her long light brown hair was wet but pin straight hung down to her waist. I looked completely ordinary, my blue eyes don't shine, instead the were pale blue, and over powered my face. Before I had time to nitpick over my image the elevator doors opened to a family of 5 stepping in. The rest of the ride down was awkward. The kids were to loud and we had to be in the slowest moving elevator possible. By the time we reached the ground floor I was 10 seconds away from pulling out my own hair.

"Miss. Taylor?" A guy in a blue ball cap standing near the front asked as I approached.

"Yes, how much?"

"That will be 42.67" he said handing over the bag.

"Geez they ordered enough to feed an army," I joked.

"Having a party?" The delivery guy laughed.

"Actually no, just four extremely hungry girls. Here keep the change thank you." I said as I handed him 50 dollars.

I was walking back to the elevator, mumbling to my self, "they better eat all of this." I walked in and pressed 25, as I was waiting for the doors to close I heard a voice yell.

"Hold the door please."

Before even thinking I moved my hand in front of the closing door, a small yelp left my lips. For a split second I was terrified the door would close on my hand. Luckily the door reopened to reveal a spindly man, dressed in all black.

"Thank you love," his hundred watt smile, had me slightly shocked for a few seconds.

"No problem, but you owe me now," I jokingly narrowed my eyes.

"Oh do I?" His thick accent laced with amusement as he pressed the button for the 32nd floor.

"Yes I risked my career as a hand model to hold the elevator for you."

"You are a hand model?" The laughter reaching his eyes.

"God no! I am way to clumsy to even have my name in the same sentence with the word model of any kind. But if I wanted to be a stuck up plastic girl, the elevator door would have taken that way."

His eyes widen a bit in shock.

"Oh please tell me you are not a model, and I just shoved my foot into my mouth." I asked praying I didn't just offend this man.

"No, I am not a model."

Relief washed over me instantly.

"I'm Edward," he stuck out his hand for me to shake.

"Edward?" I took his hand before looking up at him. His face held a confused look. "Please tell me you don't glitter in the sun."

Booming laughter filled the elevator, his eyes squinted and a dimple appeared on his face.

This man was truly beautiful.

"No I can promise you I am not a vampire." He winked, "Edward is actually my middle name but I prefer it over my first."

"What is your first name?"

"Another time love, you haven't even told me your name."

"It's-" I paused deciding if he didn't want to tell me his real name I won't tell him mine. "New York."

"New York? That's an interesting name," his laughter continued.

"Well that's not my real name but that is for another time," I winked.

By this point both of us were trying hard to hold in our laughter, which didn't last very long. When the elevator opened to my floor we were struggling to breathe.

"It was nice talking to you Edward," I smiled stepping into the hallway with our bag of food.

"You too New York," he grinned.

I begin to walk away before I felt a hand on my wrist, I turned to find the Elevator man holding on to me.

"Wait," he opened a book I didn't realize he had in his hand before tearing out the last page, reaching in his pocket for and pen and scribbled something on the page. Before placing it in my free hand. "If you are free in a couple of nights give me call, I would love to find our your real name."

"I'll think about it." I smiled up at him before heading back to the room I could feel his eyes on my back the entire time, terrified to look back until I heard the elevator door close.

"Finally! What took so long?" Kylie demanded.

"Sorry those elevators suck." I replied handing them the bag of food before sitting down.

"Who is Edward?" My sister asked as she pulled the paper from my hand. "And why did he say until next time?"

"He is this man I meet in the elevator, that's all now give me that and eat!"

With the paper in my hand I got up and tucked it into my suitcase. I don't intend on ever calling the man but it was one memory I didn't intend on forgetting.
