I tiptoed, trying to make as little sound as possible, and turned around momentarily to ensure Zhenya was still asleep. I couldn't risk him waking up and grabbing onto me again; it would be pure hell. My body ached, and I groaned softly. Then I remembered that he had locked the door with a massive padlock. Realizing that the only way out was with a key-or by jumping out the window-I considered that the latter might be easier.

When I went to the window, I was surprised to find it unlocked. As I opened it, I saw nothing but snow; everything was white, and the cold air pierced my warm skin. I was in a second-floor mansion. Who was this guy? Clearly, he was no ordinary person. I briefly pondered this but then refocused on my escape plan.

There was no way I would survive the fall if I jumped, which heightened my anxiety since Zhenya could wake up any minute. I considered all possible options and decided that making a rope from clothes might work. It seemed like a practical idea, so I set my plan into motion.

Heading back inside, I found a closet at the far end of the room. Inside, I discovered many warm, large clothes-presumably Zhenya's. I grabbed several coats, tied them together, and put one on to protect myself from the cold. After finishing the makeshift rope, I approached a small table and spotted something crucial: car keys. Perfect!

Without wasting any time, I hustled to the window and dropped the coat rope, securing one end to the window frame. I then climbed down carefully to minimize noise and avoid injury. Once I reached the ground, I ran to the front of the house where the car was parked in the same spot as before. I used the keys to unlock the car and got inside.

Starting the engine made quite a bit of noise. Accelerating, I soon realized that the gates were shut. I looked around the car and found a button. Despite a moment of hesitation, I pressed it, and the gates began to open slowly. Relieved, I accelerated again.

As I drove away, I glanced in the rear-view mirror and saw Zhenya standing there, frowning with a hint of red in his eyes. I frowned and sped up. Despite my efforts, Zhenya eventually disappeared from view, filling me with an overwhelming sense of relief.

Upon reaching the main road, the sun started to set, which worried me greatly. My fear of darkness combined with the potential danger of driving on an icy road at night was overwhelming. After a while, I heard what seemed to be a motor vehicle approaching. Looking back, I saw a motorbike. Initially, I didn't think much of it, but soon I noticed that every turn I took, the bike would also.

I swallowed hard and narrowed my eyes, trying to identify the biker's identity, but their black helmet obscured their face. Unable to make out who they were, I decided to ignore the fact that someone was following me. Then it hit me-what if the biker was... him?

-"There's no way..."-

I felt my blood run cold and my breathing become erratic. Accelerating, I attempted to lose the motorcycle by making sharp turns. No matter how many maneuvers I executed, the biker remained behind me. I decided to take action. While maintaining pressure on the accelerator, I searched the car's drawers and pockets for a weapon. That's when I discovered a Glock. Grabbing it, I saw that it was loaded. I quickly rolled down the window, aimed the gun at the biker, and fired. The bullet struck their shoulder, causing dark blood to stream down their arm. Yet, they persisted.

Determined, I shot another round, but they skillfully dodged it and grabbed the door handle. Fortunately, I had locked it a few minutes earlier, which saved my life. I was incredibly relieved.

-"Oh my gosh..."-

The biker rammed their bike against my car while we were traveling at high speed, causing a strong impact that nearly made me hit a lamppost. It became clear that this person was relentless. I grabbed the gun once more, aiming at their head, and fired several shots, but the bullets merely ricocheted off their helmet. Frustrated, I realized I had run out of bullets, causing my heart to sink.

In a desperate move, I accelerated the car toward the bike, hoping to create enough impact to send the rider flying. However, they skillfully dodged my attempt and landed on my windshield. I gasped, overwhelmed by terror. How could this psychopath manage that? The bike had shattered the glass, leaving me vulnerable to attack through the broken window. I opened the door and began running for my life, as if my very existence depended on it.

After what felt like an eternity of relentless running, I finally decided to take a break to avoid passing out from exhaustion. I certainly didn't want a repeat of the previous disaster. The darkness had settled, and there were no cars in sight, making me feel utterly terrified. This was the worst possible outcome. I hesitated to move further, fearing what dangers the darkness might hold. My heartbeat raced, and I just wanted to disappear. Why was this happening to me? I felt sick, tired, and hungry. My body felt strange. My eyes were red, and I had small cuts all over from the crash. Glass had penetrated my skin, potentially leading to infection and death. I was petrified... this couldn't be the way I died.

-"Hello?! Excuse me, are you alright, sir?"-

A sweet, soft voice called out. I saw a beam of light and felt a glimmer of hope after such a long time.

-"...please help..."-

I heard footsteps approaching. A warm hand grabbed my arm and pulled me onto their shoulder. I could no longer continue; my body was giving up. I was exhausted, so tired...tired....tired.
