Kuoh Academy 3rd Person POV Vali, the silver haired young man, recently revealed before Issei that he is the White Dragon Emperor. Or also known as the Vanishing Dragon.
Issei: Holy crap.
Issei's hand flinched again. And he grabbed it once again.
Issei's Mind: (My left hand is freaking out again. Sure picked a crappy time to do it.)
Unbeknownst to Issei, Vali was pointing at his face directly.
Vali: How vulnerable you are. It wouldn't take much to defeat you with my magic. Almost too easy.
Issei: Boosted--!
Before Issei could summon the Boosted Gear, there were two blades at Vali's throat.

It was Kiba and Xenovia who arrived directly at the scene.

Asia suddenly arrived as well, right behind Issei. Curiosity piqued her interest as usual.
Asia: What's going on?
Issei: Asia, get back.
Vali: Is this really the best move? If all of you fighting still couldn't bring Kokabiel down, you'll never beat me. But don't take my word for it. Keep going if you don't care about causing a scene. It makes me wonder what that Ryota Hinokami saw in you.
Both Kiba and Xenovia furrowed their eyebrows. They were hesitant, but they agreed to drop their swords.
They set their swords down and put them away with magic out of thin air. The knight duo stood between Issei on guard with fists.
Vali: Tell me, Issei. How do you think you compare to those with the power in this world?
Issei: What do you mean?
Vali: I'm talking about your Balance Breaker. It looks quite incomplete, if you ask me, but still a four digit ranking. On a scale of strongest to weakest, that is. I'd say between one thousandth and fifteen hundredth or lower.
Issei: That's great. So what's your point?
Vali: My point is that you're a valuable player. You should be taken care of and properly nurtured. Don't you agree, Rias?
Issei suddenly turned around behind him. There was Rias, Akeno, Koneko and Ryota.
