With a soft gasp my emerald green eyes flew open.

To my surprise I was lying on the forest floor on my stomach.

Getting into a sitting position I saw Nyx and Night Sitting beside me there eyes closed.

I was shocked to realize I felt no pain. "Nyx, Night" I called softly.

The instant they heard my voice there eyes flew open.

"Zia! Master!" They both cried out with utter relief.

"You almost died" Nyx sobbed as she hugged me gently.

"We thought you weren't going to make it" Night wailed.

"How did you heal my wounds?" I asked curiously.

"We didn't, you healed on your own" Nyx said as she wiped away her tears with her shirt.

"I see it must be one of the neat things about being a swordmaster" I murmured.

"Why didn't you use your swordmaster skills on the battlefield?" Night asked frowning slightly.

"Because, no one knows I'm a swordmaster and I'd like to keep it that way" I admitted.

"Okay" The twins murmured nodding there heads.

"By the way did my wounds leave a scar?" I asked.

"Uh yes" Nyx said.

"Okay" I murmured softly.

"Your not upset?" Night asked wide eyed. "No, its just another scar to add to my back" I answered truthfully.

Nyx and Night didn't say anything they just gave me worried looks.

"I'll be more careful in the next battles to come, I promise" I murmured as I patted there heads.

"You better" Nyx muttered with a deep scowl on her face.

"I better get back to camp, I'm guessing its been an entire night since I was gone" I murmured.

"Bye Master, make sure to keep your promise" Night yelled after me as I rode off on Snow.

I waved goodbye as Snow carried me back to camp.......
