[reporter on TV] This is a 4WARN weather alert.

[newswoman] All right, Oklahoma, we could be looking at a record number of tornadoes. We've been talking about this for days now. We'll need to stay weather-aware with possible major storms across Oklahoma over the next 36 hours.

Javi: These are the properties that were wiped out yesterday. And all the information we can pull on them.

Riggs: Hmm. How about the owners?

Scott: Most of the properties are underinsured or have no insurance at all. Uh, we did talk to a few people who are very interested in an all-cash offer.

Riggs: Mm-hmm.

(Faith walked up to them)

Faith: When do you want to head out?

Javi: Faith, this is... this is Marshall Riggs. We've been working together. He's one of the StormPAR investors I told you about.

Riggs: How scary was that tornado yesterday?

Faith: Not at all.

[Scott chuckles softly]

Javi:Listen, can you give us a couple minutes? Maybe grab something to eat or... And then we can head out.

[Riggs sighs]

Riggs: Well, boys, when's the next one?

[insects chirping]

(Faith was standing in the same gassy area looking at the sky)

Tyler: Well, nothing's coming out of that one.

Faith: That one? No, no. No, it's clearly moving into a stable environment.

Tyler: Yeah. No low-level CAPE. Not enough shear to keep it interesting.

Faith: Yeah, it's gonna die out.

Tyler: Not enough moisture to grow. Where'd you say you learned how to track storms again?

Faith: I didn't.

Tyler: You know, we're gonna be stuck here all day waiting for nothing to happen. How about we try to get along?

Faith: Yeah, you're right. Tell you what, I'll... I'll get us a couple of drinks. What would you like?

Tyler: Really?

Faith: Really.

Tyler: Wouldn't mind an iced tea. Thank you.

Faith: Coming up.

(Faith turned her back smiling and Tyler is confused as to why she is so nice now until he saw her speed walking basically running over to Storm PAR)

Dexter: The moisture's hung up here, so that's where we want to focus.

Tyler: Pack up the burritos. We got a winner. Lily, get your drone in the air. We need your video stream. Ride with us.
