"Into the Storm"

**[All straining]**
**Dani:** *Let's go, let's go! Come on!*
**[All shout, gasping, running for cover.]**

**[Indistinct chatter on the movie screen contrasts with the chaos. The crowd gasps and screams as the storm approaches.]**
**Faith:** *See if you can find a basement!*
**Javi:** *I'll check the other side!*

**[All clamoring through the theater, searching for safety.]**
**Javi (gasping):** *There's no basement on the other side!*
**Tyler (panicked):** *There's nothing over here either!*
**Javi:** *This theater isn't built to withstand what's coming!*

**[Dexter helps Ben lift someone to safety.]**
**Dexter:** *There you go.*
**Ben:** *You got her?*
**Dexter:** *I got her.*

**[Suddenly, Tyler looks around in panic.]**
**Tyler:** *Where's Faith?*

**[Engine starts outside as the wind howls.]**
**Tyler (yelling):** *Faith! Faith!*
**Javi:** *Where's Faith?*

**[They spot her running toward Tyler's truck, preparing to drive into the tornado.]**
**Tyler (grunting, running after her):** *No, Faith! No!*
**Javi (pulling him back):** *Tyler, get back! It's too dangerous!*
**Boone (yelling):** *Get him inside!*
**[They slam the doors shut, the sound of the wind roaring.]*

**[The building rumbles as everyone strains to secure the doors.]**
**[Panicked chatter continues inside the theater.]**
**Lily (calling out):** *Stay down, stay down! You have to get down!*
**Tyler (worried):** *Faith, what are you doing?*

**Javi (urgently):** *We got to get these people to the back of the theater!*
**Boone:** *Come on, we're running out of time!*
**Tyler (still watching outside):** *Come on, Faith...*

**[A mechanical whir fills the air as they guide more people to safety. Faith, meanwhile, starts flipping switches in the truck. The tracking system whirs to life.]*
**Tyler (reaching out):** *Take my hand, you have to get up!*
**Javi (yelling):** *Get back! Get back! You're okay, slow it down!*
**[Wind howling outside.]*
**Tyler:** *Push in, push in! Get down!*

**[On the movie screen, the words "It's alive!" play out as the real storm rages outside.]*
**Javi (gritting his teeth):** *Hold on!*
**[The wind howls even louder, rattling the building as debris crashes around them.]*

**[Outside, Faith drives straight toward the tornado, flipping more switches and adjusting the tracking system, all while keeping her focus.]*
**Faith (breathing heavily):** *Come on... this has to work...*

**[Suddenly, Lily is pulled toward the storm.]**
**Lily (screaming):** *Tyler! Don't let go!*
**Tyler (grabbing her arm):** *I got you! Don't let go!*
**[He pulls her back as they both strain against the wind.]*

**[Faith makes a final adjustment as the tornado shifts. The wind starts to weaken, the tornado begins to dissipate.]*
**Faith (watching from the truck, panting):** *It's working...*

**[The wind dies down, and everyone inside collapses in relief, panting heavily.]*
**Lily (still shaken):** *Thank you...*
**Tyler (breathing heavily):** *You're okay now.*

**[Quiet chatter spreads through the crowd as they check on each other. Javi and Tyler rush outside, spotting Tyler's truck overturned. Faith is crawling out, coughing and gasping for air.]*
**Javi (yelling):** *Faith! You did it!*

**Faith (still catching her breath):** *Is everyone okay?*
**Tyler (rushing to her):** *Faith, you saved us. You did it.*
**Javi:** *You made it work. You disrupted the tornado.*

**[Faith smiles weakly, still panting . She looking up at the sky and pointing at it and smiling telling her friends that she did it the ones that died]**

**Dani (cheering):** *Oh my God, that was amazing!*
**Dexter (laughing):** *We thought you were a goner for sure!*

**Lily:** *You're brilliant, Faith!*
**Boone (grinning):** *I think I love you!*
**[Laughter fills the room, lightening the mood.]*
**Lily (playfully):** *I thought I was going to fly!*
**Boone (laughing):** *No, you *did* fly!*

**[Faith gasps, still processing the close call.]**
