How they smile: Hazel's smiles tend to be smaller, more subtle. Atleast, depending on her mood. If she feels like it or something, she will give a more noticeable smile or even an occasional grin.
What is their 'tell' for lying: Her hands are unable to sit still. If she wants her lie to be believable, however, she can make it believable. Growing up with shitty parents does that.
Posture: Hazel actually has a pretty decent posture unless she's feeling particularly relaxed, then she'll be all hunched over and like a shrimp.
Volume of speech: She actually doesn't speak as quiet as some might believe. She has a normal sounding voice, but it's always like she's using a monotone inside voice-
Nervous tics: I'm not 100% sure what a nervous tic is, to be honest, but whenever Hazel's nervous she does pick at random things if that counts?
How much eye contact to they make?: About a surprisingly decent amount. She'll make eye contact if she's serious about something, and that's normally when it happens.
In a group conversation, how close do they stand to others?: This depends on the group. Anne, Sasha and Marcy? She'll stand beside Anne. Valerie and Min? She'll be standing a little closer to Val. With her parents/family? Off in the corner trying to avoid them. Strangers? Same as her family.
When standing, what do they do with their hands?: She literally just shoves them in her pockets, crosses her arms, or just has her fingers tap against her arms.
The sound of their footsteps: Awfully quiet, but that's both because of her small stature and being weirdly light– thanks eating disorders– and the fact she has had to sneak around her parents multiple times.
Nonverbal greetings: She'll either nod or wave. If it's a stranger, it's a nod and a grunt.
How do they get others attention?: She'll probably just clear her throat. If she's being ignored completely, and she absolutely has to say what she needs to, she will raise her voice.
