"Guys, I think there might be more to the DollMaker's story than meets the eye." Aubrey said suddenly. "What do you mean?" Amelia asked. "I discovered yesterday that the DollMaker is specifically targeting a couple of us." Aubrey explained. "I also found out that controlling people like Jordyn has just been to waste time on our part and to weaken the ones he's actually targeting." "Then, who's he actually targeting if it's not me?" Jordyn asked.

16-year-old Amelia James was Gavin's older sister and Mason's girlfriend of a year and a half. She had long, dark brown hair, entrancing dark brown eyes, tan skin, and was a little bit more petite (about 5'0 in height).

Phil's cousin, Jordyn had, like Jackson, been controlled by the DollMaker before, only multiple times. He had been controlling her on and off since about 2018. But this was the first year that she wasn't being controlled and that had worried Phil's family.

"I don't know." Aubrey replied. "But I think that's what we have to figure out to stop the DollMaker once and for all." "I think it has something to do with Mason and Jack." Uncle Dave speculated. "That's what I'm starting to think." Amelia agreed. "Why?" Mason asked.

"Well, think about it." Caleb started. "You've been acting strange on and off ever since the DollMaker was defeated last year. So has Jack. But neither of you remember any of it." "There are more targets than just Mason and Jack." James warned, eerily. "James is right." Aubrey agreed. "There's way more targets than we know of. Mason and Jack are just the two that come to mind."

"How can we stop the DollMaker?" Aunt Kate asked. "Protect the targets." Came the child-like voice from the Tyler doll. "How do we do that though?" Jackson asked. "Find the ingredients." Came a masculine voice that Jackson thought was the Jay doll. "They will appear as needed." The Tyler doll explained.

"We need to stop the DollMaker!" Jay pointed out. "Yeah, but how?" Rachel asked. Everybody in the room turned to look at Jackson. "Why is everyone looking at me?" He asked. "You're the smart one!" Lisa pointed out.

"Jack might be smart, but he doesn't know everything." Gavin protested. "How do you now that?" Lisa asked. "Because apparently, Gavin's the only one here who thinks straight!" Jackson snapped. "Nobody knows everything." Alexander explained. "Exactly my point!" Jackson agreed.

"Stop arguing!" Yelled the Tyler doll. "I think we're making the dolls mad or upset." Alexander speculated. "If we haven't already." Phil added. Then, something changed inside Jackson. He knew the answer to this and he wasn't happy about it.

"Oh, he's mad alright." He replied with a slight glare in his emerald eyes. "Who's mad?" Lisa had the audacity to ask. The answer was so obvious. He could literally feel it within him. "The DollMaker." "He's not happy." Jay agreed. "You will pay for what you've done!" Mason spat.

"I think they might be some of the DollMaker's real targets." Tyler commented with a nervous tremble in his voice. Aubrey looked at her brother. "I think you might be on to something Tyler."
