"You all ready" i asked at my teammates
"Yes Y/N we are all ready" answered Silena a little annoyed as It wasn't the first time i asked so
As we were staying still i grabbed my bow as i saw someone run towards us, a a helmet with blue feathers, as i saw him getting nearer I drew the bowstring and shot an arrow into the knee of the guy running at US
"Very good Y/N very good, but not good enough" as i turned around i saw Luke behind me, before i could think i moved my right arm with the shield on it against his face, it hit him and before he could react It impacted with his nose, that let out the sound of bone breaking "Sorry Luke" he looked at me smirking "you weren't fast enough" his smirk fell down and kicked me in my stomach
I let my bow fall on the ground and shaked my wirst, the bracelet became a short sword with jagged teeth on one side and the other had a normal Blade. "You ready Luke?" "Sure i am Y/N"
He jumped at me and tried tò disarm me, but i moved my hand and i left my shield fall tò the ground and used my right hand tò punch him in the gut hoping tò make him fall but he stayed on his feet he then attacked me slashing. I blocked his sword using the jagged teeth of mine and before he tried anything i moved my wrist using a strong movement and broke his sword in two
"Well now it's useless thanks Y/N" "No problem Luke" as i tried punching him in the face he grabbed mine and pushed It against his knee without breaking my nose
"Too weak" i told him while stunned while i was about tò attack him again he grabbed the flag and run away, as i got back tò my senses i grabbed the bow and shot and arrow towards his ass, the arrow hit its mark but too late, as he was alteady on the other side of the creek
"Well It could have gone worse" "like how?" "With our asses kicked without us understanding what happend" Charlie looked at me shoked "lets go tò the others" as i took some steps i fell on the ground, with a cute on my leg "fucker got me" as i said so Charlie lifted me and brought me to the others near the creek
As we arrived we heard a growl coming from the woods "It wasnt my stomach" Silena slapped the back of my head "what is with girls and women hitting me all day?" "The growl got louder, and from the woods came out a huge hellhound (shouldnt they be hadeshound?) that jumped at Percy before i could think i moved throwing the shield right infront of Percy and saving a piece of him from getting mutilated.
The hellhound bit on Percy shoulder and started trashing him around without leaving a clear short for the archers, without thinking about It i jumped on the oversize doberman and i started stabbing his head with the sword breaker, at the last stab the weapons broke staying inside the hellhound head killing it.
"Fuck that's something new i did" i looked around and saw Percy head illuminated by a growing trident
"And obviously no body saw that" i told myself while kneeling "of course i hoped i was worse"
The day later i was sitting near my mom tree, it was raining. "Im tired mom, i've been working myself off to make sure there was no Monster inside this Camp and here comes a fucking hellhound destroying that sense of security that i tried tò create in this place after Thalia"

As She says so She puts my head against her shoulder and starts singing a song She always used tò make me sleep when i was little
As She finishes singing i was sleeping against her lap, her hands playing with my hair
