After being stopped by the sheriff about Kie's parents crashed car, Kie reluctantly goes with them as they take her home. "Hit me up later" Kie says monotoned as she gets out the twinkie. Pope nods before she closes the door behind her.
"So we're just gonna barge in there and demand he gives us the cross?" You question the idiotic plan Pope and JB had resulted at.
"You get a better idea?" JJ asks, "Yes! We can't let him know where here... gotta take the cross stealth mode."
"Y/n's right." Sarah agrees, "There's no way Rafe is gonna give us the cross." she says basically laughing at the idea of her brother doing "the right thing" which she was right to do so
The twinkie stops as you all arrive at Tanny Hill, "I know—" JJ starts. "Get down." John B whispers to everyone. You all duck behind the wall.
"So..." JJ starts to explain his plan. "Look there's the truck." Pope says looking over at where Rafe was parking the truck.
"Listen, we need to distract him." JJ says, "how?" John B asks. "hmm, well it's not like we've got his sister or anything..." JJ says sarcastically. "No way." John B quickly answers. "John B—" Sarah starts. "We'll find another way."
"The only other distraction would be y/n." Pope points out.
"Over my dead body." JJ snaps. "Listen— we're not sending either of them in." John B whisper shouts. You roll your eyes, "You couldn't pay me to go near Rafe again."
"You don't own me John B." Sarah says before heading off. He grabs her arm lightly pulling her back.
Pope nudges JJ to look over at them, "think they're renewing their vows?" he jokes. "Oh definitely." JJ smirks as Sarah reaches up to kiss John B. "Can they not get a room?" You roll your eyes making Pope scoff. You and JJ both turn to him, "Something to say Pope?"
"You two are on each other like rashes, to correct your previous statement, can you not get a room?" He says making you laugh, "I love sassy Pope." to which Pope rolls his eyes at, his insult failing to actually insult you. John B gets back to the three of you, "Just telling her to be safe." He shrugs. "Oh, she's be soo safe." JJ mocks
The four of you watch as Sarah heads to the truck, but it's locked. She motions to you guys that she is going to go inside. "No, no, we said not to." John B stresses. "Signal her." You instruct. He starts making a weird bird noise that sounds more like a chicken. "What's that a dying chicken?" JJ asks, "Come on dude, it's more like this." Pope says as he then whistles, "it's the standard call, dude, everyone knows it."
