Roo's POV

I sit on a large black throne decorated with skulls all around it. Seems Alastor and Lucifer have contacted the other sins. That'll be a minor setback, but it was expected to happen sooner or later. Of course they'll seek help. Why would they not? Seems they can't handle me on their own.

Michael even helped him. I was lucky that he just let me go. I laugh to myself. Such a big mistake, little Mike. You've made a wonderful mistake.

I couldn't get my hands on Niffty, but now Adam is too hurt to do anything with Lute dead. He won't be a little nuisance anymore. I can use that pain on him later. Since I know Lute is in Heaven.

"How are you holding, sunshine?" I ask and smile. Rosie doesn't answer, not like she can. Her mouth is wide open with my black spikes poking out and a few wrapping around her face. She chills on the wall, my black spikes keeping her there. She was such a yapper before I got rid of her ability to speak.

"Someone looks mad. Lighten up darling! Soon you'll be in the front row seats watching quite a show! You'll even get a few friends once I come back from my little hunt." Her eyes widened. I disappear in blank ink with my laugh echoing in Rosie's ears.

Lucifer's POV

~Next Morning~

Adam has finally gotten out of his room. Whatever Alastor said to him lifted his mood a bit. He doesn't talk as much as he used to, not as chatty anymore. He just lounges around the hotel a bit. Alastor has refrained Charlie from immediately talking to Adam when he stepped out in the lobby to not scare him away. He mostly chills by the statue of Lute Charlie made or is looking at it when he's not near it.

The sins have agreed to help with the other current problem. But I don't know if they'll be of much help. They have less power than me, the King of Hell, and I couldn't get out her chains when she attacked on the cruise. But the more beings helping, the better. Now if we could talk with Heaven, although I'm not allowed to step foot up there. Michael seems to be on our side, kind of. I think? Why would he let her go instead of just ending everything then? I don't know.

Alastor is currently outside with Bel. She wants to test something out with him. I watch from the balcony in mine and Alastor's room. Bel currently has a statue of a random sinner set up about 30 feet from where they stand. She talks to him and guides him through something. I can't hear from here what they're saying. Alastor lifts up his arm, making a finger gun at the statue, and a green light shoots from them making the statue blow up into a million pieces. Then the pieces all turn black and become dust in the wind. This peaks my interest. I fly down to them. Alastor looks at his hand. A mix of curiosity, fear, and surprise in his eyes.

"Woah. How'd you do that, hon?" I ask, retracting my wings back into my back.

"I don't...know. I never knew I could do that," Alastor answers, not looking at me but still at his hand. He twists his hand around a bit, looking at it. A green flame appears in his palm, he plays with it a little, letting the flame dance on his fingers.

"You have a lot of power in you. A lot you don't realize. No other sinner is an angel-demon mix, but even when you first came to Hell, you had a lot of raw power," Bel explains. It does make sense for a sinner who has an angelic form to be a lot more powerful. "Transform into your angelic side for me."

"I hate this now," Alastor says. He does what Bel says anyways, but not in a happy curious mood anymore. His wings look better than they did yesterday, they need to be preened though. He shakes his wings a little and a few feathers fall off. I taught him a few basic angel tricks. He healed his wings and I made a note to preen them later. He learned a bit of angelic light, little sparks. He's getting there. I remember learning about my powers when I was in Heaven. They had a little school for the angels to learn a few things for when my brothers and I were younger.

"Uhh...Dad...Alastor. You...you might want to see this. It's important!" Charlie calls out from the Hazbin Hotel doors. I look back at her. I turn my attention to Alastor who looks confused as he transitions back to his normal demon form. Bel, Al, and I walk back into the hotel. Charlie leads us to the lobby couches and turns on the television, playing a video.

Roo appears on the screen with a sickening smile. I grab Alastor's hand, knowing whatever appears in the video will trigger him.

"Heyy Al. I hope you're seeing this. You better, dear. Now this is quite important news for you. I've heard you have little friends around Pentagram City, so I paid them a little visit. Like you dear friend Rosie! She's quite comfortable on my wall. Don't worry, she's still alive. I also have Mimzy, who is alive," Roo says on the television. I feel Alastor's hand tighten on mine, so much so he might actually be breaking my bones. "You have three days to give me your soul to free your friends, or I'll kill them off and take it anyways. Byeee!" The screen goes black.

"Papa, why does she wanna hurt you so bad?" Andro asks. I feel Alastor's hand soften on mine at our son's question.

"We have some past and she doesn't like me very much," Al explains to our child. I like that Alastor has a soft spot for him, all anger just releases from him once his eyes lay on the fawn.
