CHAPTER 9

    
      "Miss Meixiu we need to go now your father's men are getting closer,but the decision is your's to make"said another of Xiaoyun's men as he continues to glance at the slightly opened windows to see how long it will take Zhang Singtan's men to get to the condo unit.
             "Why do i get to choose,i thought i was given no choice"said Meixiu with confusion.
            "The ball is in your court.......the ball is in your court, which means you should choose wisely, time's ticking Miss Meixiu"said another one of the men in all black attire.
            "I'll.......

          "I'll........ I'll go. Let's go, they're getting closer"said Meixiu with fear evident in her voice. She was shivering with fear, obviously scared for her life.
         A tall and physically well built man immediately pushes a wall which opened and led to an underground passage.
          "What the.....where did that come from"asked Meixiu in shock and surprise.
           "Oh,ummm, nevermind anything, Miss Meixiu"said the man who opened the door to the secret underground passage.
            "Sean, Evan and Nathaniel,  you guys should follow her to the underground house the rest of us will stay here and fight"said the same man who opened the door or the wall to the secret underground passage leading to the underground house.
              "Miss Meixiu,this way"said Sean, a young handsome, physically well built man who should not be more than the age of twenty one.
            "Let's go, they're about to open the door, thank goodness the walk from the small decorative gate to the condo unit is a long one"said Meixiu as she goes into the wall.
             As soon as they left the room, Xiaoyun appeared dressed in black shirt and a very short black shorts which she paired with a pair of dark blue sneakers that looked black. She put her waist length black hair into a very high ponytail. She looked hot as hell.
                 "Are they gone"asked Xiaoyun while waiting for those goddamn snail paced walkers,what are they toddlers? "Yes ma'am"answered the same man that gave the wall a slight unnoticeable push.
             "Michael, send two of my very capable men to protect Li Wei and Liang Wei"said Xiaoyun.
           "Already done, ma'am"said Michael,the same guy who gave the wall a slight push. A physically well built man with a pair of russet coloured eyes who shouldn't be more than the age of twenty one.
            He is the leader of Xiaoyun's hardworking, skillful,strong and unique team of security.

        *On the way to the underground                            house******
         
       "Miss Meixiu,stop shivering,we don't bite or kill"said Sean with a smile. "Actually we do"said Nathaniel.
          "What if you end up killing me in the underground house that i don't even know exists in a house i come to almost every day,just who is Xiaoyun"asked Meixiu.
           "We'll tell you if you tell us who Li Wei is to Xiaoyun"said Evan the reserved bodyguard. "Aren't you guys supposed to know"asked Meixiu with cockiness. "Aren't you a little too cocky for someone who is about to get out killed"said Evan with a to smirk.
               "Her highness, sorry Xiaoyun refused to divulge anything concerning Li Wei to us"said Nathaniel.
                 "Nathaniel,shut up"ordered Evan. "What did i do........ oh"said Nathaniel.
          "If she refused to divulge anything to you, why should i be the one to tell you"asked Meixiu with a fleeting confidence.
               "If you don't, we're going to kill you"said Sean.
                 "If you wanted to kill me,you would have done that a long time ago"said Meixiu. "Glad you realized that"said Evan.
         "Evan, stop helping her"said Sean as he glared at Sean. "I do what I feel like doing,Sean"said Evan.
            "You finally revealed all three of your names"said Meixiu. "Observant, i see"said Evan.
           "So who is Li Wei"asked Nathaniel with curiosity.
           "He's an orphan, Xiaoyun and I found him when we were in college,so we took care of him as our little brother. He was six at the time and he said theives killed his parents, but before they died they pushed him out of the apartment. I couldn't take him home because of my parents,i can't remember what reason Xiaoyun gave but we bought him a house and hired two babysitters to stay with him,but we do see him everyday and he sometimes stays over at Xiaoyun's. We've been with him for seven years and five months,so we're kind of used to him. He's sick by the way, embouchure dysphoria i think" revealed Meixiu.
         "Sad story"commented Evan. "Still don't know why she didn't tell us"said Sean. "Maybe because of her father "suggested Nathaniel. "It just pains me to see that she thinks we would reveal any information of hers to her father after sharing everything with each other for years"said Evan.
        "We are here "said Nathaniel with a big smile. "Where are we"asked Meixiu as she looked around. "This should be under your room and her's"answered Sean.
           As Meixiu looked around she saw an 80 inches flat Tv screen, four beautiful black leather chairs,a dining room that has the capacity of containing at least fifteen people,an open kitchen with modern equipments. As she strolled inside more,she saw ten big rooms,nine of them had two beds and furnished to a male's taste. The last room had a queen sized bed and was furnished to a female's taste which was why she assumed it was Xiaoyun's room.
         She saw a store room at the end of the hallway. On her right, there was a wine room like the one in Xiaoyun's condo unit,she imputed a password to open the door and it was correct. As she opened it,she saw more than a hundred bottle of red wines with only about three non alcoholic wines.
         Immediately she comes out of the room,she looks at another closed room painted black with no label on it, she inputs a password like the one she imputed for the other room but she was denied access
           "That room can only be opened by Xiaoyun and us,should i open it"asked Sean who unintentionally startled Meixiu. "If you want to"answered Xiaoyun who didn't want to look like she was desperate for him to open the door.
     After she opened the door she was amazed by what she saw.
     Contrasting to the colour it was painted outside and the things inside,the room was painted white.
      "What is this room"asked Meixiu in awe. "Me and the others call it the weapon room"
      "Where did you guys get all these weapons"asked Meixiu who immediately cursed herself for asking such a stupid question.
          "We bought them"replied Sean. As she looked around she recognizes only two types of guns, the revolver and the pistol,she saw some other bombs and silver bullets?.
       "These worth billions right?"asked Meixiu as she looked around in awe. "Right, let's go back"said Sean.
