As Sunita started to enter the bus her thoughts also started to travel from the fresh feeling of youthness to the uncertainty of what is going to happen next. As the one who is born and brought up in a village, visiting the cities like Satara is a dream to her but at this time it's kind of a dark dream. As she was traveling in the world of her day dreaming she is taken back to the reality by the voice of the Conductor.
Conductor:- Maji ( Mother ) , Where are you going ? Ticket please....
Still in her day dreaming of uncertainty she whispers "Two tickets to Satara, son." And again started to day dream.
Ramesh who is sitting on a window seat, looking gently outside but to him, he is trying to calm the painful journey going inside him, the journey which is more about the pain of Sunita than the pain of his illness.
Satara is nearly a 2 hrs journey, which is usually completed by enjoying the outside natural view, beauty of mountains, and the fresh feeling of youthness, but today that's not the case with the Sunita and Ramesh. As they started to reach the nearest to the city their thoughts also started to travel to the extreme side of uncertainty, Sunita even started to imagine the worst case scenario, about How they gonna manage everything?, How the day gonna turn ? And so on, but she is sure of one thing, that regardless of anything her diven lorn Shri Krishna surely going to help her in this endeavour and gonna make everything right.
Finally, when their thoughts are reaching towards the extreme side, the conductor announces, the bus stops, their day dreams break down and here they reach Satara.
For many Satara is a city if joy containing both the morden touch if humanity as well as the beauty of historical monuments, trafic of morning rush as well as the peace of night, but this same city is unknown to Sunita and her belove Ramesh. Having the address of the hospital they catch up the city bus and reach their destination Sarabhai General Hospital.
