[Alright, guys, this oneshot deals with adult themes (calculus and a bit of kissing) so discretion is advised. All characters are 18+.]
"I can't help you anymore, Jiwon. I can't teach you math anymore." Rei said with a dead stare at Jiwon. Today, they got their midterm score and while Rei got average marks, Jiwon didn't really get a desirable score.
"Please don't give up on me, Rei!" Jiwon pleaded as Rei chuckled.
"It's not like I'm also good at it, y'know? I also didn't get that high of a score." Rei said as another girl walked to them.
"Wony! What score did you get?" Jiwon asked as her other friend showed up. Unlike Rei and Jiwon, however, Wonyoung is somewhat of a star student.
"I got a 95%, how about you?" Wonyoung asked as the two gasped in shock. They knew Wonyoung was very much hardworking on her studies but it was still a big surprise given that the test was hard, well hard for them.
"Wow, as expected." Jiwon groaned as Wonyoung showed a face of concern to Jiwon.
"You failed again?" Wony asked as Rei and Jiwon nodded.
"Why don't you talk to Y/n? Your childhood friend is literally a mathematician and you're not asking him for help. You aren't using your resources wisely." Wonyoung explained.
"Well, we stopped talking in high school. I can't show face. I was the one that ignored him back then. And I'm coming back after doing that to him? Have I no shame?" Jiwon said as the three friends sat down on a bench.
"I'm pretty sure Y/n doesn't mind. Also, you'll never know if you never try. At this point, only Y/n could help you. Because to be honest, I've lost hope in you, Jiwon." Rei said as Wonyoung laughed.
"Thanks a lot for the support, Rei..." Liz said as she sighed in defeat.
Wonyoung looked at her friend in awe, wanting to help her friend in need. She was silent until she realized something.
"Right! I forgot Y/n's my cousin. Let's go, Jiwon, Rei. The Math Building is near." Wonyoung said, determined to make the plan go through.
"You guys go ahead, I need to do something." Rei said as she pushed Jiwon closer to Wonyoung. Wonyoung forcefully grabbed Jiwon and walked away, dragging her.
"No! Rei, help me!" Jiwon said as she couldn't get out of Wonyoung's grasp. Rei looked at her, her sleepy eyes did that talking as she waved slowly to her best friend.

Jiwon gave up trying to escape Wonyoung. The two college sophomores walked slowly but surely to the math building.
"Hey, Wony, do we really need to do this? I don't want to make it awkward for him." Jiwon complained.
"Oh, you know Y/n isn't like that at all. When it comes to math he can't deny someone's cry of help. You know that better than me." Wonyoung chuckled.
After a few minutes of walking, they reached the math building. The social sciences majors were then surrounded by mathematicians, all holding books, papers, pens and whatnot. This building very much has a different vibe compared to the other parts of the university. Wonyoung and Jiwon checked every room until they saw a familiar face.
