[Y/n and Wonhee are minors in this oneshot. So uh do keep that in mind.]
Magnets, a marvel of science. When we say magnets, what first comes to mind? You might think of the small letters and numbers we stick on the refrigerator door. Or you might think of the bags that close using a magnetic lock. Maybe you'd think of screwdrivers that have a magnetic tip so that the small screws don't just fall and go missing.
Maybe you're the kind of person that tends to think of more advanced things when we talk about such things. Maybe when talking about magnets, you think of motors, electromagnets, coils. After all, magnets are in things like speakers, headphones, and many electrical appliances.
Maybe you're not a science guy and think of magnets in a poetic way. One main feature of magnets is that they can attract. After all, where did you even think the phrase "opposites attract" came from? It's for magnets not for people with differing personalities! Well, it's supposed to be for magnets, but maybe the physics of the universe just agrees that people being polar opposites just attract each other as well?
Anyways, I want you guys to ponder about that. On why the laws of science can always be interpreted in love and relationships. In math, we use asymptotes to say some things are so close yet never meet. We also say blood is thicker than water to tell that family is more important than friendships.
So a project I want you guys to do is a 250 word essay on why science can explain love even though it shouldn't. The deadline is at the end of the semester. You guys are dismissed.
The teacher said as he ended the class with his closing spiel. Philosophy class sounds dreadful as the last subject of the day but there's nothing the students could do about it.
But Han Y/n could care less. He usually just sleeps in philosophy class and other stuff you do when you're bored. Anyways it was time for him to go to his older sister.
It was a short train ride, one station away. You might ask who's his older sister. Well, it's Han Julie, one-fourth of the K-Pop idol group, KISS OF LIFE. Well, there's nothing wrong with wondering how life is as the younger brother of one of the most famous idols. But Y/n doesn't really think of it as much. He's pretty nonchalant about it, or maybe he just doesn't care.
Anyways, Y/n already reached the building where his older sister is in. He went to the entrance, no ID needed, he was already known in the company. He went upstairs and went to KISS OF LIFE's practice room to which he saw Haneul handling the camera and filming Natty and Julie with another girl.
And boy, Y/n would tell you that she's the cutest that he's ever seen. Is he in a dream? Mr. Sandman, have you brought him a girl with enchanting eyes? He can't believe it, really. He really didn't get what love was, but it felt like he understood it now.
He was mesmerized, he couldn't take his eyes away even if Julie, Natty, and the girl tried to retake it because they messed up the dance.
Well, he couldn't take off his eyes until someone tapped his shoulder, it was Belle, a groupmate of his older sister.
