Paul and Derek lay back down on the stretchers then put their straps back on, but don't tighten them. They give each other a thumbs up before pretending to be back under anesthesia, just as Sybil and Zora reenter the room.

"Finally! I thought it would take all day for us to find them!" Said Zora. "Welp, now that we have everything we need, let's put on our scrubs and get started." Said Sybil.

While the corpses' backs are turned, the boys wake up and face each other. "Now?" Asked Derek through a whisper. "Not yet. Wait until they turn on the hair trimmers, that'll be the signal." Said Paul quietly.

After their surgical attire is on, the corpses put on rubber gloves, but each wear one on the hands that aren't exposing their bones. Finally, they put on masks. "At last, the moment we've been waiting for has arrived!" Sybil said. "Yes, sister. Nothing can stop us now!" Zora said with an evil smile.

The sound of buzzing occurs, which implies the hair trimmers have been turned on. "Now!!" Paul yelled. Both him and Derek punch the corpses in the faces, knocking their heads clean off. The boys then sit up from the stretchers, step off them, and face the headless bodies with smirks. "Next time, maybe you'll think twice before cutting someone's hair!" Derek said.

Though the bodies can't see where they're going, they still manage to find their heads and put them back on. The corpses are really mad now.

"How in the world did you manage to escape?! You were under anesthesia!" Said Zora angrily. "Wait a minute, Zora, I don't think they did this alone." Said Sybil. "You're right, we didn't. Amanda, Odette, reveal yourselves!" Said Derek.

The girls emerge from their hiding places and join their husbands. "Sybil, it's their wretched wives!" Zora said in shock. "You don't know that for sure." Sybil said. "Actually, Zora's right. These are our wives. The ones who never abandon us when our lives are at stake, the ones who support our hopes and dreams..." Said Paul.

"Alright already, we get it! Zora, should we dissect the girls' brains instead?" Asked Sybil. "No, Sybil, I have a better idea." Said Zora. She pulls a lever on the wall, then smoke starts filling the room.

Recognizing what it is, Paul grabs the masks he and Derek had on when they were being put under anesthesia, along with two extra. "Girls, put these on, quickly!" Paul said. "Why?" Asked Odette. "It's sleeping gas! Whatever you do, don't breathe it in!" Said Paul. The girls do as they're told, and the boys put their masks on as well.

"What?! How are they still standing?!" Zora asked in shock. "It's those masks! They're smarter than I anticipated!" Sybil said. "I guess it's time to move on to plan B." Said Zora. "Killing them?" Asked Sybil. Zora nods. "But only go after the boys, they're the ones we really want." She said. The two corpses pick up their scalpels to use as swords.

"Uh-oh." Said Amanda. "Paul, I saw a few suits of armor by the entrance. Think you can grab their swords for us to use?" Derek asked. "I don't remember those from when the lads and I performed here." Paul said. "Zora and Sybil must've put them there when they used this place as their lair." Said Derek. "Not surprised. Alright, I'll be right back." Said Paul. Derek leans towards the girls while Paul gets the swords.

"Ladies, I found out their weakness is the sun. Over towards the stairs, there's a rope that'll open the entire roof of this place, and the sun will shine its light on Sybil and Zora." Derek said. "I read somewhere that corpses decompose faster when exposed to sunlight." Amanda said. "Do you think it'll work?" Asked Odette. "It's the only chance we have of escaping their clutches for good." Said Derek. "Wait a minute, Derek, there's a rope that'll open all the window shades as well." Said Amanda.

Derek looks by the stairs he mentioned earlier. "Where do you see that, Amanda?" He asked. "I saw it by the entrance." Amanda said. "How did Paul and I not notice it when we were brought here?" Derek asked. "You couldn't have known you were being lured into a trap." Odette said.

Paul returns with the swords. "Here, Derek." He said while handing one to his co-brother in-law. "Alright, girls, good luck." Said Derek. "You too. Come on, sis, you pull the rope that opens the roof while I take the one that opens the windows." Said Odette. "Right!" Said Amanda. The girls go to their positions while the boys fight the corpses.

Even though they're dead, Zora and Sybil still manage to fight like pros. "Paul, we have to knock the scalpels out of their hands!" Derek said. "What? Derek, you'll have to speak up, I can't hear you through all the clashing!" Paul said. "I said, we have to knock the scalpels out of their hands!! They're the only things that'll keep them fighting!!!" Yelled Derek. "Okay, I heard you that time!!" Said Paul.

With one powerful swing, the boys manage to knock the scalpels out of the corpses hands. Paul drives his sword through Sybil's chest, but she's still standing. She pulls the sword out and points it at Paul. "You forgot one little thing, young man. Stabbing a corpse won't kill them, because they're already dead!!!" Sybil said angrily. She kicks Paul to the ground, and he backs away from her as she walks towards him slowly.

Zora manages to snatch Derek's sword out of his hand and points it and him while he's still standing. "I should've killed you the first chance I got." Zora said. "Then why didn't you?" Derek asked. "Our mother always used to say, 'Never kill the most attractive thing that captures your heart, unless they reject you'. I fell in love with you, you rejected me by saying you're married to someone else, and now I get to enjoy watching you suffer as I end your life in the most painful way. Yes, more painful than dissecting brains." Said Zora.

Realizing what must be done, Derek faces his family members. "Paul, shield your eyes! Ladies, now!" He yelled. Instead of asking questions, Paul does what he's told while Derek does the same thing. Amanda pulls the rope that opens the roof, letting the sunshine in. "No!! What are they doing?!" Asked Sybil in shock. Odette pulls the rope that opens all the windows, letting their shades down. "Not the sun, not the sun!!!" Zora said.

Within a matter of minutes, the two corpses scream as they begin to rapidly decompose. Their skin dissolves away, leaving only their bones. Then their skeletons explode into dust, leaving only their hospital scrubs and their dresses. And that's the permanent end of the Balcom sisters.
