I'm walking across campus, feeling pretty awesome about my newfound relationship with Mark. We've been dating for a few weeks now, and everything is going great.

As I approach the student union, I see Mark sitting with his friends, laughing and chatting. I wave at him, and he smiles back, but then suddenly looks nervous.

"Hey, Tom!" he says, getting up from his seat. "What's up?"

I shrug, feeling a little confused. "Just heading to class. What about you?"

Mark glances around nervously, then leans in close. "Uh, can I talk to you for a minute?"

I nod, feeling a little concerned. "What's wrong?"

Mark takes a deep breath. "I haven't told my friends about us yet."

I raise an eyebrow, feeling a little surprised. "What? Why not?"

Mark shrugs. "I don't know, I just didn't want to make a big deal out of it, I guess."

I laugh, feeling a little amused. "Well, I think it's a little too late for that now, don't you?"

Mark looks around nervously, and I can tell he's worried about what his friends will think.

"Don't worry about it, Mark," I say, giving him a reassuring smile. "I'm not going anywhere. You can introduce me to your friends whenever you're ready."

Mark nods, looking relieved. "Thanks, Tom. I'll do it soon, I promise."

I grin, feeling a little playful. "You better, or I'll start telling everyone on campus that you're my boyfriend."

Mark's eyes widen in alarm, and I can tell he's not kidding when he says, "Please don't do that."

I laugh, feeling a little mischievous. "Maybe I will, maybe I won't."

Mark shakes his head, smiling. "You're a little evil, you know that?"

I grin, feeling happy and carefree. "Hey, someone's got to keep you on your toes."

As Mark takes a deep breath and decides to introduce me to his friends, I notice that they're just the same guys who used to bully me alongside Mark. My heart skips a beat as I recognize their faces.

Mark clears his throat, trying to sound confident. "Hey, guys, this is Tom. We've been dating for a few weeks now."

The friends look up at me, and I can tell they're shocked to see me standing there. One of them, the tall, lanky guy "Gabe Saporta" who used to love pushing me around, speaks up.

"Wait, isn't this the same Tom who used to get picked on all the time?" he asks, a sneer on his face.

I feel a surge of anger and humiliation, but I try to keep my cool. Mark looks at me, his eyes filled with concern..

"Uh, yeah," Mark says, trying to salvage the situation. "Tom and I, uh, we've put all that behind us, right, Tom?"

I nod, trying to keep my emotions in check. "Yeah, we've definitely moved on from that."

But the friends are still staring at me, their faces filled with a mix of curiosity and suspicion. I can tell they're wondering what Mark sees in me, and why he's suddenly decided to date the guy they all used to torture.

One of them, a tattooed guy with a cruel grin "Travis Barker", speaks up. "So, Tom, how's it feel to be dating one of the guys who used to make your life hell?"

Mark looks at me, his eyes filled with concern, and I can tell he knows i'm reminded of him bullying me. I take a deep breath, trying to calm down,

"Well Mark apologized and I forgive him," I say, my voice shaking slightly.

As we walk away from the student union, I can't help but notice how cute Mark looks when he's feeling guilty His eyes are cast downward, and his hair is mussed up from running his hands through it.

"Hey, Mark," I say, my voice softening. "Want to grab some coffee?"

Mark looks up at me, his eyes hopeful. "Yeah, I'd like that."

We walk to the coffee shop on campus, surrounded by the bustling student body.

As we sit there, holding hands and sipping our coffee, I feel a sense of connection with Mark that I've never felt before. It's like we're on the same wavelength, like we're meant to be together.

I look at Mark, my heart pounding in my chest. "i can't wait to see what our future together has in store"I say, my voice barely above a whisper.

Mark's eyes lock onto mine, and he smiles. "Me too, Tom."

As we sit there, holding hands and sipping our coffee, I feel a sense of connection with Mark that I've never felt before. It's like we're on the same wavelength, like we're meant to be together.

Finally, Mark leans in and brushes his lips against mine. It's a gentle, tentative kiss, but it sends shivers down my spine.

I kiss him back, my heart racing with excitement. We sit there for a while, just kissing and holding each other close.

As we pull away, Mark looks at me with a mischievous glint in his eye. "Want to go somewhere fun" he asks.

I raise an eyebrow, feeling a sense of anticipation. "Where did you have in mind?"

Mark just smiles and takes my hand, leading me out of the coffee shop and onto the campus. I have no idea what he has planned, but I'm excited to find out.

As we walk, I can feel the chemistry between us, the spark that's always been there. I know that we still have a lot to work through, but I'm willing to take that journey with Mark.

We're not perfect people, and our relationship will never be due to our history. but we can make it happen
