chapter 8

Jisung's pov ( next morning)
I walked downstairs looking for that man, I can't stop thinking about what he did yesterday and what he said...he is crossing the line...as soon as I entered the living room I found him eating his breakfast while looking at his tablet....I clenched my jaw before I marched toward him.
" know you freaking limits" i yelled hitting the table...I could feel the stares of a few workers that were moving around. Felix put his tablet down before he looked at me.

"Good morning to you too jisung" he said smiling at me.
"You are getting on my damn nerve...I am going to hit you again I swear lee" I said glaring at him.
"Get to work everyone" the main butler suddenly yelled getting the attention of everyone who ran outside, i looked at Mr choi who was the last one to leave the room before he closed the door.
"You are still angry I see..."
"Of course I am angry...and I am angry that you are not...I freaking hit you...what is wrong with you man?"I asked cutting him off " you know what...I don't care, but don't ever thing of trying something like yesterday ever again lee, don't get into my personal space ever again" I added pointing my finger at him.
"Fair enough" felix said getting up.

"We have a meeting with our board at 11 am...you can eat something and get ready, I will see you at lee corporation later...I have work to do" he said checking his watch.
"Don't tell me what to do" I said glaring at him.
"I am not...I am reminding you of the meeting..."
"I am not a kid...I remember" I cut him off, like hell I do...I totally forgot about that but I won't give him the satisfaction of knowing that...over my dead body.
"Alright, see you there" felix answered before he grabbed his tablet and left...just seeing how composed and calm he is pisses me off...like what is wrong with him.

I know that I am no one to him...just business deal but for me he is the one who ruined my life...I ran my hand across my hair before I took a seat on the table.
"Morning sir, is there anything specific you want to eat for breakfast?" The butler Mr choi said entering the room again.
"You know what I will take what your Mr lee ate" I answered rolling my eyes...I hate this life...I hate this marriage...I hate this house and the freaking owner...I can't wait for the five years to pass so I can divorce him.
"Coming right up" the older man said before he walked out.

In no time the food was served to me...I can see some eggs yogurts with some fruits, nuts and honey.
"Mr lee likes to eat healthy " Mr choi said clearly seeing how confused I was .
"See we don't even have the same taste in food, I like pastries in the morning....croissants...cakes..high sugar food that could give me the energy to deal with your Mr lee and my damn parents " I said rolling my eyes but I started to eat anyways.
"I can tell the driver to go pick some for you from the nearby shop...or my wife could fix you..."
"No need for that." I cut the man, his wife is the chef I guess " thanks" i added clearing my voice...i have been rude to man since I came but he has nothing to do with what I am going through....he pissed me out when he called Mr lee though.

"Anytime sir" the old man said before he left...I glanced at my plate and groaned....healthy food he said...I need sugar...a lots of it.
I shook my head before I finished eating and went back to my room for a quick shower before the meeting...I am already late for work I think....lee always has something to do but I have no idea what he is doing...are we that busy?

Felix's pov
" i have no idea how they managed to compet with us during the past years" I murmured staring at han Corp's annual reports, this is a damn mess...even the audit reports showed signs of internal fraud...they really messed everything up, i need to be careful with the employees coming from their side.
I grabbed the phone and called my secretary " lia, come to my office" I said before I hang up.
It didn't take long before the girl entered my office.
"How can I help you sir?" She asked giving me a warm smile.
"I need you to prepare me a detailed list of all the employees coming from han corp to join the merged company...i repeat a detailed list....I want everything "I said staring at the girl with serious expression...I won't allowed fraudsters to join my company.

"Yes sir " lia said before she left to do her job.
I have been working for hours now, I am hell of tired...I got up from the seat to stretch...we are moving to the new building in few days, everything is happening too fast the marriage...the merger...i feel like I am dreaming...I walked to my balcony and stared at the sky, I am sorry for breaking your trust hyunjin...I am sorry for falling in love with your man...but I promise you that I will make him happy again...like you did...a tear escaped my eye remembering my dead friend...I cares for him so much...
I shook my head and dried my face before I took my phone out.

Minho hyung promised that he will call me again but he never did...I think i should call him.
I dialed the older's number before I patiently waited for him to answer.
"Felix" minho hyung answered sounding sleepy.
" did i woke you? Where are you exactly? Is it still early?" I asked curiously last time I checked he was in Spain but a free spirit as minho hyung won't stay at the same place for too long.
" you know very well that i am not a morning person as you...it could be 11am here for all you know...and i am not telling you where i am...it is a secret" the older replied making me chuckle.
"Just wake up sleep head." I said, I heard some movements from the other side.
"Hyung, I am not an idiot...clearly someone is next to you...come on who are you seeing..."
"My cats are next to meet felix" he cut me off.

"Cats...since when you have cats?" I asked confused.
"Are you serious right now? I post photos of my babies on Instagram regularly..."
"I don't have time for social media hyung" i cut the older off.
"Yeah, such a busy man...I hope you are happy with your life" minho hyung said making me frown.
"I love being a business man hyung..."
"You wanted to be a fashion designer when you were younger...mom and dad convinced you to go to business school" he cut me off.
"But I ended up liking it...you can't blame me for letting go of my dream when you know every well I did it for you" I yelled before I froze...shit...I shouldn't have said that.

"No one forced you to make the ultimate sacrifice felix...I chose to pursue my dreams three years ago...you should have done the same " my brother said...he is right but since we were young he said that he didn't want to lead the company.
"I know...I didn't mean it like that hyung...I am sorry...I know at first I did it for other reasons...but I swear..I am happy now" I said smiling, I grew found of my work...it is true i joined business school want before minho hyung left but i did it because i knew he will leave eventually...i am doing my best to make my parents' company even more successful well now the han's as well...alongside jisung...I know the older hates the business world...he loves music...he would have made an amazing artist...I heard him sing before...and I fell in love with him all over again just by listening to his voice.
" are you happy with your husband too?" Minho hyung said snapping me out of my thoughts.

"What?" I asked blinking my eyes.
"Your husband...han jisung...the boy you got married to...the boy you are crazy in love with..."
"Don't make fun of me" I yelled cutting him off.
"You are wrapped around his finger bro, if he only knows" my brother said chuckling." You should confess" he added.
"Yeah, as if things are not messed up already...he will kill me" I murmured.
"What are you planning to do then? You married him then what? Are you going to live like this for the rest of your life..."
"Of course not...I will try to reach out to him...but you know jisung...he is stubborn " I said cutting the older off.

"Tell me about " minho said " I didn't see the boys in three years but I still remember han jisung...god he is hard to deal with" he added.
"Yeah, you and the boys...you were never really close to them...but they always asks about you...think about giving them a call" I said
" no thanks" minho answered...at that moment the door of my office was opened revealing lia.
"Sir you are getting late for your meeting" the girl said making my eyes widen...shit...I forgot about that.
"Hyung, I need to go...talk to you later " I hang up without waiting for an answer before I ran out of my office.

I am five minutes late, I really do things like this....and I hate it.
"Sorry for being late" I said as soon as I entered the meeting room...the board members were already here...hell even jisung was present...
"Late to the meeting you reminded me of" jisung said rolling his eyes...I didn't answer the older I just took my seat and mentioned for the meeting to begin...that was embarrassing...
