Everyone watched in amazement as the small guardian woke up and got out of the blackhole as if it wasn't anything special. After a moment of silence, Dawn spoke up by saying hello.
"Hello there, new friend! I'm Dawn." Outside of her complaining, Dawn was just as bright as the star she watched over was.
"Hi, I'm Andromeda. It's really nice to meet all of you.." Andromeda said, quietly looking away. As nice as it felt to meet new people, she was nervous since she originates from something unexpected.
As all of the guardians nearby got to know Andromeda, Nori had been floating off to the side, watching from a distance. She wasn't skeptical of Andromeda, but more fascinated by it. When it was her time to speak to Andromeda, Nori closely inspected her features.
Andromeda looked away, an embarrassed frown across her face. "I-Is something on me? If there is, I could get rid of it or-"
Out of nowhere, Nori shushed Andromeda by covering her mouth. Confused, Andromeda kept quiet since she could tell Nori was fixated on something on her.
Andromeda was covered in an oversized sweater with long sleeves which covered her entire torso. However, since her neck was exposed, Nori could see a small symbol marked on it.
"Little one, there is a diamond shaped mark within your neck. Does it have a meaning, if you don't mind me asking?"
Andromeda had shrugged her shoulders. Even if she was small in size, she truly lived for likely centuries before actually waking up, so she wasn't naive to anything around her. Nori then stopped inspecting Andromeda and put her hand forward.
"My apologies, Andromeda. I'm Nori. Since I've never seen any being like you, I couldn't help but check if there was anything else unique about you."
Andromeda smiled and put her hand in Nori's, giving her a handshake. As their handshake stopped, Andromeda started to follow around the other guardians to see what they watched over, how they spent free time, and anything else.
Meanwhile, Dawn and Oxide were discussing Andromeda's appearance from a distance.
"You also noticed that mark on her neck, right?" It seemed that Nori wasn't the only one who had caught onto Andromeda's symbol.
"Yeah, but what makes it so different? We all have those, you know." Oxide shrugged, unsure as to what the big deal was.
"What makes it different is that it didn't even look like a star, or anything astronomy related! It was a diamond, Oxide! A diamond! And that only refers to wealth!"
Oxide patted Dawn on the shoulder to calm her down. "Hey. On Earth, people proved that diamonds can symbolize a lot more than that. Some say it could represent strength, and maybe even love."
Dawn scoffed and headed out, clearly not willing to hear Oxide out. Oxide shook his head and went back to watching over Mars.
In the far distance, Andromeda was getting to know the guardian of Saturn, who was showing her his planet.
"And according to people, my planet could represent time to them. Though, I am unsure as to why." Hyperion said as he relaxed on one of Saturn's rings.
Andromeda, confused by his action, commented on it. "I thought Saturn's rings weren't solid? How are you doing that?
Hyperion chuckled, as he floated off, revealing he was just floating above it to make an illusion that he was on it rather than above it, making Andromeda giggle as well.
In the corner of her eye, Andromeda noticed the guardian of Venus and the guardian of Neptune talking to each other, intrigued to know them as well.
"I see you wish to learn about those two. But be wary of Sombra, she can be a bit rude at times, particularly towards people she doesn't trust."
Andromeda nodded, taking note of this, as she went over where Sombra and the guardian of Neptune was. But as she was arriving, Andromeda was surprised by what looked like a blade near her face."Don't even think about coming near us, parasite."
