In the morning, Kristine joined the royal family and Penelope in the grand hall, ready to embark on a tour of the villages administered by Claude and Lee. The competition between the two princes had reached a critical point: they were each assigned a village to manage for a year, and the royal family would now witness the results of their efforts. She picked a colorful dress that was just the perfect fit for the day.
First on the itinerary was Claude's village. The journey was short, and as their car reached the town square, Kristine marveled at the sight before her. The village, though modest, was well organized and thriving.
Streets were lined with market stalls, filled with fresh produce and handmade crafts. Children ran through the streets, laughing, while villagers gathered in small groups, chatting and smiling. Claude's efforts were clear-the village was prosperous, with markets, buildings, and well-maintained roads.
The nobles, standing proudly, greeted the family and praised Claude's administration as he was a favorite among the elite class. Claude was beaming, proud of his achievements. "I focused on development and trade," he explained as he led the family through the bustling market. "The villagers are now living happily."
The king patted Claude's shoulder proudly, and the queen smiled warmly at Claude. Even Penelope quickly praised him, clinging to his arm as they continued the tour. "Claude has done a wonderful job, Your Majesty," she said, her eyes gleaming with pride. "Claude is truly the perfect prince in comparison to others."
